Literally the worst company I’ve ever been subjected to in my life. We ordered propane 2.5 weeks ago. It has to be delivered within 10 business days. They never did that. We’ve been out of propane for 5 days now because of this. This is now the 13th business day and we still have no answer. WE HAVE NO HEAT OR HOT WATER. WE HAVE A 12 WEEK OLD BABY. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD EVERY SINGLE DAY THAT THEYRE COMING OUT AND THEY STILL HAVENT. EVERY SINGLE DAY! THE TEMPERATURE IS IN SINGLE DIGITS AT NIGHT AND WE STILL DONT HAVE HEAT!
This failure of a business has done literally NOTHING to fix this or make it right. Nothing.
I am switching over to Tiger Propane immediately.

I'd give 0 but I can't! I called Dec 16th about the tank that came with our house. I requested they come take pick it up. I have dogs and kids and requested a call the day before and just prior. Today, Feb 8th, I hear a knock on the door and my dog barks (she always barks at the door) the tech is here to pick up the tank and regulator (which we had not known was theirs so was connected to our new tank) I go around back to open the gate, they'd already opened it and been in. He claimed to have knocked before, I was just inside and the dog hadn't barked. Then started disconnecting the tank without shutting or even checking it shut before starting to loosen it! (I had the mind to shut it when he was at his truck) At least this time when I called I got an answer. The woman on the phone was polite enough and admitted the ball had been dropped. The tech was rude from the start and only got worse. He was also poorly prepared having to go to his truck several times to complete the job. Glad I didn't use them!
