Fast, efficient. Was able to check in via text. AJ was my tech, and she was great! Highly recommend!

Not a good experience - I was told one of my tests wasn't covered and would cost me $240. My husband got the same test at the same time from another phlebotomist across the hall no problem. He was told a different test wasn't covered so he didn't get it; insurance company assured it was covered. No one answers the phone here and there is no reception desk. Now we have to get new orders for the tests and go to a different lab. Not using this company again.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and two people arrived after me at my appointment time. Both got seen before me. I waited 8 minutes past my appointment time and left. There is no one to speak to when you get there. The automation doesn't seem to be working so well here as I was the only person checked in but somehow they can't take me at my scheduled time.

In the age of the covid, I am surprised they only take paper referrals. I don't have access to a printer and they suggested I go to the library to pay to print it off, while also telling me that they were closing so I wouldn't be back in time. Why can't they have a way for patients to email orders or read them off the phone? They should make this system harder on the patients.

I just left from an appointment here and wanted to write my thoughts down while they were still fresh. I booked an appointment online through the Quest website the day before for 11:20am. I received a text confirmation and then also a text that morning asking me to check in when I arrived. It allowed me to check in 10 minutes before my appointment time, which I did. I got into the waiting room at 11:10, and I'm now in my car by 11:25.There is a small waiting room with a TV and instructions on how to check in from the display, or if you have an appointment you can check in through the text message. There are no employees in the waiting room area, so you will not have a receptionist in this location. My technician was Katie and she was incredibly friendly and put my mind at ease. I'm not a fan of blood draws and I've had issues in the past with several so I'm always a little bit anxious. She was very kind and considerate and quick.I would definitely come back here if I'm in need of lab services.

The Department of Veterans Affairs sent me to this location today for blood and urine draws for a disabilty claim. The contractor who set up the appointment contacted me multiple times to ensure I would make the appointment. I arrived 35 minutes early for a 4 PM appointment. The electronic check in device told me I had no appointment, but that I should talk to the next representative who came out the door. Several times ladies came out, but they ignored me even if I waved at them. Finally, one came out at 4:10 and asked me what I wanted. I gave her the appointment letter from the contractor and she said it was not valid, that the contractor was not following the right procedure. She gave me a handout that outlined the proper way for me to get an appointment. She also told me they were now closed and couldn't do anything for me today. I was irritated that they ignored me and punished me over an argument with the contractor, but I came into the Army during the Vietnam War era, so I know there are those with little regard for Soldiers, some who are haters. I called the contractor who set up a 10 AM appointment at Quest Diagnostics Stafford office. I'll see how that goes before I notify the VA of this incident. One final note - these folks knew I was there to give urine, but didn't offer me a chance to drain my bladder when they turned me away. How can such uncaring, cold people be in this business?

Very rude n disrespectful. Have any sympathy for someone that's traveling past 10 miles to come all the way up here for a test for their baby when there's other people in there getting tested for STDs or work-related and they could not squeeze me in for my baby very unresponsible very careless would never come here ever again. The lady with the blonde wig was very disrespectful she looked at me and said why are you here why else would you come to a place to get test taken.

Thank you Quest Diagnostics for making me feel worse than when I walked in. I checked in this morning not knowing that there were no walk-ins on Saturdays, only for a woman to come out and use a harsh tone as if scolding me to tell me they could not see me, they do not take walks in, and I needed to schedule an appointment. I explained that I called multiple times on Thursday and Friday with no answer. She then just repeated herself in the same tone, no eye contact, and dismissed me. Even people in the waiting room were surprised how she sounded and behaved. I have never used Quest Diagnostics, had no idea how they worked. I would have just appreciated a better interaction as I'm coming in for labs due to some concerning physical issues, already feel horrible, that a kind tone would have been much appreciated. There were signs in the waiting room about treating "front line workers with respect" well your staff could have been better.Update: went to Any Lab Test Now and they saw me right away. Oh, on a Saturday! So polite and friendly!

Arrived at 8:00am, but unfortunately was unable to be seen for 3 hours although they "welcome" walk ins (unable to use the website to schedule ahead of time). Two people were turned away for not having masks (not sure when they returned). Disappointed, as though I was present and ready, while some had to leave, they advised that they needed to wait 15 minutes for the scheduled patient (even though they "have to see 3 patients every ten minutes"). Haha not sure if that math tracks? The two staff members I interacted with were a taller, possibly mixed (AfAm/Caucasian) woman, and a very petite woman (short blonde hair). Neither of which were pleasant to anyone I witnessed being brought back. Well, scratch that..a younger lady (patient) was brought back after me, and complimented the taller woman's nails—THAT'S when I noticed a brief, but positive attitude change. The blonde staff member was just as dismissive/cold as I'd initially seen her. I will give credit where it's due, they are VERY efficient. Once I was brought back, it took roughly 5 minutes, in-and-out. Still leads me to wonder why I wasn't able to be seen upon arrival though? I came for testing due to NOVA's Dental Hygiene program requirements, if not for that, I would not have chosen Quest.

I was a little skeptical coming to quest due to the reviews but my overall experience was nice. I didn't wait for hours at a time and there was no rude employees either. I was in and out in less than five minutes. They were able to get my labs done and I was out the door. Idk where most of these bad reviews are coming from but it shouldn't be be with quest. Those people are the nicest and they made me feel comfortable.

Called quest this week to confirm they have walk-in Saturday hours and they do to come to find out they don’t do walk-in appts and you have to make a appt … of course when you register in there’s nothing listed about that so tech told yes to re register in to get an appt even though we was the first 2 patients in the office. If things change in schedules then they should at lease have it posted up

I went to this location to have blood work and urine screens completed for pre-employment. The tech drew my blood and then I was told I needed to go get my urine test elsewhere and was dismissed. I did in fact need to get my urine completed at Quest. The lab tech would not even look at my paperwork. I then had to make another appointment for an hour later and was told I could not wait it the waiting room due to social distancing, which would have been a fine reason had I not been one of 2 people in the very large waiting room. The other person and I were well over 6 ft apart. I have never had an experience like this at labcorp or at Mary Washington hospital’s lab facility. If you have a choice DO NOT pick Quest!

I had blood drawn back in March of this year and I went on the quest diagnostics website and seen the amount and that the girl put the wrong insurance information in but because it hasn’t even been sent to the billing department yet after two months nobody can help me get the insurance corrected so it can be sent to my insurance. I was told to go to their new billing website but because the bill doesn’t exist I still can’t update the insurance information so I’m sure the next thing that’ll happen is I’ll get notice in the mail telling your bill is past due.
