Horrible way just to set an appointment. I DON’T know how to read my orders for bloodwork !! I was told that my Dr only ordered a urine test when in actuality he ordered bloodwork too but your staff didn’t pull the whole order. My dr even checked with his staff to make sure that they whole order was sent. I heard him check with them. His nurse suggested that I use Lab Corp because Quest staff does this quite often

It really is a shame that there is no "LIVE" person to answer phone calls at the Spotsylvania location, as an automated system does not answer all questions.I was able to speak with a person at the Care Way location, but the Spotsylvania office was the office I needed to reach. The person at the Care Way location was very helpful and I was appreciative that she answered the phone. I did inquire at the Spotsy location about this and I was told that they did away with secretaries since COVID. This is absolutely something that needs to be reinstated as customer service matters.

We tried to make an appointment several times by phone, no one ever answered. The on line option to schedule was not working properly.We decided to go there since they opened at 7 but they still had doors locked at 830. There were two other people waiting to get in. It wasn't until a woman knocked loudly at the door and someone came and unlocked it. Two employees were there but no one greeted us. They looked at us but didn't help until another patient figured out there was a self check in. This is ther poorest service I have ever experienced.

Went to get bloodwork done for my pregnancy and they messed up and put that I was having twins. Freaking out i tried calling to get answers. Literally impossible to call the people that actually work there and the customer support isn't avaliable till after 8am. they were absolutely no help. The only thing that they could do was resend me the results I already had. I ended up needing to call my obgyn who confirmed that I'm only having one baby. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT INCORRECT RESULTS

why is there only one person working here when the wait-list is 5+ people long? go somewhere else I waited an hour+ for a blood test my doctor ordered from here.

Went there today and was in and out. I don’t right reviews much, but with all the bad ones, they deserved to hear from a happy customer. Thank you. It was a pre employment drug screening. The girl there was wonderful and very professional. Thanks again!

Not sure about the low ratings. I was in and out in 10 minutes, everyone was friendly. Checkin process was easy and they even took me early.

Office had only one tech working. Service was very slow, waited much longer than anticipated. I do not recommend this location.

If I had to give this a title, it would be “The Rolling Wait Time”. I was a walk-in today, here at the Massaponax location across from the hospital. Masks are required as you walk in. Once in, you sign into the kiosk where you’re put on the “waiting list” that’s visible on their lobby’s TV screen. You have the option of waiting inside (capacity of 7) or waiting in your vehicle, where a text can be sent to you to enter (I choose to wait inside).While there is no one working the desk as many reviewers have noted, the staff running the blood/screening services are very efficient and professional as they wisk patients in and out. I was quite impressed. Appointments are handled first, then walk-ins. You may see a 5-minute wait time, for example, as you leave the kiosk and take your seat, but appointments, as they arrive, go first. A series of 5-minute wait times may come out to a total of 30 minutes, if enough appointments come in during your wait. My total time inside was about 40 minutes, but this was based on about 6 or 7 appointments coming in after I registered my presence at the kiosk…totally acceptable based on what I think is/should be expected policy.Overall experience: 5-Star!

Got there just before 3, check in booth was being difficult, so at 3:03 after watching me the entire time, they came out to see if I need help then advised me they stopped doing drug screening. Then pointed at the door for the times like I had been there before. I went in there site all it said was closes at 4.

I was refused drug screening today, I was there at 11:05am. Email that I received says they open from 8-12 on Saturday but staff there was rude and told me we only do drug screen untill 11am, it didn't make any sense. Terrible place to be in and worst experience I had. What a shame for the owner.

Had an appointment today and as soon as I checked in the lady working Sarah got me right back and out there in no time! She was very nice as well which helped ease my mind since not very many of us like getting our blood drawn.

Went there for the third time to get the same labs drawn. I had no issues the first two times but today a lab tech vigilante found it was written as a stat order and refused to run it. I begged to get it done to keep my results with the same lab but they didn't care and claimed whoever did it the last few times probably doesn't work there anymore. I'm sure the ladies still do. Anyways, I took my paper over to labcorp and they ran it with no issue, even through they couldn't run it as stat either. Now I'm dealing with inconsistencies in results because it's done by 2 different labs.

There was no staff at the front desk to take insurance information or greet patients. Only one employee was there drawing blood which caused a back up. Totally unacceptable. This is a very poorly run clinic. Go elsewhere. I checked in on a portal which stated I would be called in 15 minutes. After waiting 1 hour, I left. People who had appointments had to wait with everyone else as their appointments were not honored. It was at least a 2 hour wait. I drove to MWHC labs on the other side of town. In 5 minutes, I had my blood drawn and was out the door. Quest sucks.
