Walked in just to try on boots and determine fit and finish. Greeted by Cris who figured out style of boot I was after. She encouraged me to use the machine to determine proper size. She then spent the next 20-40 mins helping me navigate boot style, sizes, and width. With her help I found a perfect fitting Red Wing Iron Ranger. She even special ordered a pair of boots for my wife.
Personable, professional, and great overall experience. Highly recommend.

Terrible service is what we are used to when visiting these Red Wing stores ANYWHERE. We found some protential shoes that would work for long hours on size 14H feet. Walked in the Fredericksburg VA location and immediately received exceptional customer service. Forever client. Thanks Cris.

Trash nothing but trash inserts, I purchased the elite inserts and right after 30 days they just failed the cushion too expensive to be buying trash made by red wing never again will I buy redwing products nothing but trash!

Top notch service of the ladies at the store. Very helpful and very informative on all the products as well. Helped me chose my first pair of redwings and I am so excited as my husband loves his redwings and even got himself another pair.

Today I went to red wing to see if my work boots fell under warranty to be replaced due to the sole beginning to separate from the boot. Daniel initially welcomed me into the store and was quick to let me know that the damage presented was definitely worthy of replacement. Not even a minute later another gentleman, Dakota, comes out of the back and asked if I wanted the same boot or a different one. I have worked in luxury retail companies that do not provide service like these guys. Red wing if you read this, I am impressed by your employees and I am warning you to treat them well because they will be highly valued and appreciated elsewhere if you don't.

I've always got Red Wing shoes since my uncle came by house when I was a kid..My Uncle was a representative for Red Wing used order for us shoes ..The store has great workers ordered shoes quickly..

The staff was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that I could have my feet measured so I wasn't second guessing my size. Definitely a great boot, very comfortable, and very durable. I recommend Red Wing boots for anyone in need of a good boot.

I went in and was greeted immediately. The associate was very knowledgeable about the workbooks and was able to help point me in the direction of boots I needed for work. I used a work voucher and that was no problem. Literally in and out 10 to 15 minutes. Longest part of the process was ringing up the work voucher
