They worked on my buddy's broken iPhone SE first generation ... twice! After the second time, it was still problematic. He gave up and replaced it with an iPhone SE second generation which is working as one would expect: very well. - I should mention they were very nice and did seem to care, and were ready to take it back a 3rd time, but that was too much.

My wife was having trouble with keeping her iPad charged. I took it in to RockIT repair about 5 or 6 pm. The next morning at 10:30, or so, they left a message saying they fixed the problem. On a previous occassion, I took that same iPad in with a different problem. Again, the next morning they called saying there simply were too many apps running. They fixed that for no charge at all. They are very nice to talk to, obviously quick to make the repair, and the charges are very reasonable. I recommend them.

Won't go anywhere else. Being veteran owned is a huge plus in my book. Topped off with great service, even for a non-techie like me! Reasonable prices and quick turn around too.

RockIT repairs is my go-to place, and I have used them for years for trusted, quality service for a number of years. I use the mail-in repairs, and they are priced well, transparent, and communicate every step of the way. I won't use anyone else.

Have used rocket numerous times. Always fast. Dropped my cell a week ago. Yesterday out of nowhere entire screen went black. Tried a diy and destroyed the battery in the process. Took to ubreakifix and was a quoted over $300. Took to rocket yesterday at 2pm they said they had to order parts and would be ready today $95 in total for new screen and battery. Today at noon they had phone ready for pickup good as new. Kind. Fast. Won't go anywhere else.

Its hard to find businesses that can do the work that this firm can accomplish. They stand by their work and are a real treasure.

I urge you to stop and read this before bringing any electronics here. I brought my phone here to simply replace the battery. As soon as I paid for said service and was leaving, I noticed my phone would continuously reset every 2 minutes or so. When I turned around and brought it back they initially just refunded me, swapped back my old battery, and said it was a "default battery" without bothering to recheck if the phone was still restarting (spoiler alert: it was). I told them what it likely was (there are a lot of things that can go wrong on the replacement end of a battery change), and they told me that essentially nothing can go wrong during a battery replacement and how simple it is. If it was so simple how did you guys f*** it up? I was then given a replacement phone that was 3-4 generations older than mine for the duration of the time they were taking to now fix the phone they broke. I ended up having to buy a new phone because they took 4 weeks to fix my phone. To add the cherry on top, they handed the phone back to my husband when it was ready with no charge whatsoever so he couldn't even check if they actually fixed it this time. If they cannot do a simple batter replacement, think twice about bringing your electronics for ANY other service. They do not know what they're doing, and they set me back another $700-800. I honestly have thought about taking it to small claims court. Best of luck!

This place is great!I took my daughters Oculus here to get the charging port fixed. The turnaround time was incredibly quick ( 2 days) and the oculus is operating like it is brand new. I wanted to wait a few weeks to post to ensure everything was working correctly after the repair. Everything works great.I will be returning here if I ever have any tech issues and would highly recommend..Great job and thank you!

I’ve been to a few tech repair stores around Fredericksburg. The workers are genuinely kind and caring. The store is smaller and in a more tucked away location than some other repair shops, I assume they have a lower overhead cost which is why they can charge significantly less while using superior repair parts. This is definitely the go-to tech repair shop in the area. They charged significantly less to fix my back glass while replacing more parts (the whole back) than every other place I checked in the area. I assume the other place used cheaper glass also since my glass broke a few weeks later but this place confirmed they use top quality replacement parts when the other place couldn’t tell me what they used.

Professional, no-nonsense, courteous. They give you the straight info on what the repair entails; how much the total job will cost, and when to expect your tech item back without all the drama and special effects. I took the phone (cracked screen) to a place that was locally convenient for me and they stated that they couldn't obtain a screen for that phone. I found Rockit Repairs on-line; noticed that they were "vetetan-owned" and decided to try them. The gentleman said that he could repair it, but would need to order that particular screen. A couple days later, the screen came in, they notified me; I took the phone back in for the repair and HALLELUJAH. .....all good. THANK YOU!

High priced and long turn around to fix a glass back of the phone (it still worked good was just letting pieces of glass get in daughters hand. Part of the long turnaround was due to the main worker who wasn't coming in until after 3pm.

They removed for me an auxiliary cable connector that had broken off inside a speaker jack. While the fix wasn't inexpensive, it was less than replacing the speaker if I had potentially damaged the port attempting to remove the severed part. The device was operationally tested before return, as well.
