My salesman Brett Jones was friendly, and answered every question I had. Safford Jeep is lucky to have him. Brett was on top of the Costco pricing. This made the buying experience simple. And Brett has followed up even after the sale. I will definitely keep coming back to Safford Jeep as long as Brett is there.

Experience with Stafford this time a total loss I came in earlier and got an oil change. I bought the package oil changes and IExperience with Stafford this time a total loss I came in earlier and got an oil change. I bought the package oil oil changes and I got my tires rotated and y’all did the alignment on the car and charge me a lot of money. I left the shop. I thought I was happy then and then last week I had a flat tire after raising the car up and looking at it I found out there was tire in the belt has broken. The tire was out of line. I came in and bought a new tire put it on the car, got home and found out the other side was wore down on the inner side from alignment that was not done on my car Now I gotta buy another $580 tire because whoever said they did the alignment didn’t do the alignment on my car which costing me now probably over $2000 because you can’t just buy one tire and buy all four so that Stafford should reimburse me for at least the two front tires that are ruined because the inadequacy of the mechanic Not doing the alignment. I’m very dissatisfied and I’m gonna take matters up with the attorney because this issue has not been resolved, I got the runaround yesterday twice by two different people when I called that they cannot cover. It’s a aware issue so it’s not a word issue. Is someone that didn’t do the alignment and charge me for alignment because it was a land, the tires wouldn’t have burned down like this, not this little short bit of time so now I’m totally dissatisfied with the dealership with the service. It’s not professional professionalism on any part of the store I’m tired of getting the runaround and I’m tired of being sucked and scammed so your reviews should be -10 instead of one star

I brought my vehicle to Safford Dodge in Fredericksburg to get a recall taken care of. I also needed a new battery and an oil change. Everything went smoothly and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. The gentleman that assisted me throughout, Scott, kept me informed the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. He went above and beyond to help me and I would highly recommend him and Safford Dodge to anyone needing service on their vehicle. Thanks again Scott for all of your help!! A++++

I wouldn't buy a jeep from anyone else. We worked with Stanley over a couple of weeks and throughout that time he very helpful and never pushy. Took took a great deal of time providing us with the details of each model and trim package. The sales manager Chris, e sured we could sit in, drive, and explore each option once again, without ever being pushy or trying to force us to buy anything we didn't want. This was by far my best car buying experience ever and I am 50 years old.
