To start, I was greeted with a smile by Erika Powers. She was very savvy with the process and took the time to show me options that would best fit my needs. Ms Powers customer service was professional. She went above and beyond to help with a very difficult situation. My family is grateful and very happy with the service she provided. Ms. Powers deserves recognition for a job well done.

I arrived at Saturday @ 4:05pm to sign for the unit I booked. The door stated that they would be back at 4:30pm. She arrived back at 4:35pm(in her car).
I walked in told her why I was there. I received no acknowledgment as to my wait or explanation to why the office was not open & available during your posted hours.
She reviewed my paperwork that I did on line. Told me I would pay the a fee & insurance of $42 and then confirm my rate per month $80 • $14= $94 for auto pay. She informed me that within 6 months I could expect a rent increase.
Then she gave me a card with the keypad number to be used to enter the building. We walked down used the keypad went to the second floor. She opened the locker to fine 2 pieces of furniture left in the unit after an a Auction. She said she would have them removed but I would have to come back on Sunday to move my things in and place my lock on the unit. Which wasn’t Convenient at all! But was not given a choice. Oh well.
Returned on Sunday and was able to move in my unit and place my lock.

The girls were so sweet and very helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. The gate has issues, but it is new. So they are working it out.
