I have been a long time customer and absolutely love the care that I received. Chancery is just the kindest and most wonderful person. She definitely knows how to do color and cuts.

Terrible service especially as a black women. I walk into store and I felt watched.I ask Megan, the beauty advisor and explain that I am buying some products because I am visiting VA & forgot my makeup bag. I asked it I could have a sample of the nars foundation in the color Aruba that was on the shelf, & the color in urban decay of liquid blush. She told me they don't do samples at all in Sephoras in the area. I went to Sephora in Kohl's yesterday and bought something and saw someone give someone a sample... as I am walking around they are looking at me and I think they are talking about me on the walks. I even had products in my hands I was buying so it’s not like I was asking it without buying anythingIm was upset my hands are shaking because as a black women i felt watched. As a I VIB member for years i know that policy of no samples is a lie. I start messaging sephora virtual beauty advisor and show her that the lady said they should have samplesAs soon as Megan sees it messaging Sephora she changes completely and tells me all the foundation samples she has. And even pulled a drawer from rare beauty FILLED with foundation samples. When I went to checkout the cashier asked me about my Kate spade bag and if I even had bought it a Kate spade store which made me feel like she was trying to say it was fake.

Looooooove this store! The staff is so friendly and eager to help and always checking in while you’re shopping to make sure you find what you need or have any questions. They have real knowledge to answer your questions and if one doesn’t they actually all work as a team to get you the right answers! They put Ulta to shame on so many levels!

I had a really bad experience in this store. I come in to buy some things for myself it's come up to $600 and the girl who was there because I was black this girl look at me and ask me if I have the money to buy all the items I had in my bag. I look at them and ask her co-worker if I could see the manager I waited for her until she come and I explained to her how was treated I also showed her how much I had in my account. Because of being black, you think we don't have money to come here and buy things that cost $600 gitl but I have wigs that cost me $1000. I was so mad that I told myself I would never buy anything at Sephora again.

I went to the store and there were three people working, but not a single one of them, took the time to look up and say hello, or any greeting at all. I waited for a while, two people were talking to people, and one person, who turned out to be the manager, I was on the phone the entire time. I finally interrupted and asked my question because I just wanted to know where something was. They told me a side of the store, which was not at all helpful cause there’s a lot of stuff on the side of a store. Finally a manager looked for me but they did not have it In the store. She offered to order for me and that is what I did. It’s been about almost 2 weeks, and I have not heard a word,. Nothing was sent, no communication has been made, and, of course, no refund has been sent. I called corporate customer service, and their screen said the same as my screen, that a label has been created, and the carrier was waiting for it to be given to them. But of course, nobody gave it to them, and nobody credited my card. A supervisor at customer service said that that means the package was already given to them, but I said packages all the time and I know that’s not true. I guess if I had not made my call, it would’ve stayed there forever and my money would’ve been kept forever.

I really love Sephora, and spend lots of money there every time I go to shop. Today, I brought in my daughter who is temporarily in a wheelchair due to a broken ankle. I arrived with her, and as usual, there were about 3 employees standing by the front podium as you enter. Not one of the employees offered to hold the door open for me as I wheeled my daughter into the store. Same behavior as we left as well. Luckily, a fellow shopper held the door for us on the way out of the store. Although, I’m certain holding open a door isn’t included in the job description of your employees, common courtesy for customers would be greatly appreciated.

Was going to do the survey but my phone can't scan it unfortunately. But this Sephora location is always amazing, the store looks clean, well organized, and the employees are always very helpful! Ericka also did an amazing job with her customer service at the register, and everyone working the floor yesterday were doing great as well.

Good men’s supply of scents. Attentive employees, but not informative. We came in with a need and were given two options. We showed interest in one and the questions we had were not answered, how to apply the product, when to apply the product. Asked what Clean Planet Positive answer is and did not receive a clear answer. There was an assumption to want a cheaper product instead of a quality product. All in all, not the best customer service but a well kept and supplied location. Do not advise coming on peak hours.

Big thank you to Erica for taking the time to help me find the correct shade of foundation and blush from ILIA for my skin tone and style. Sometimes support at larger scaled makeup shops can be hit or miss — but Erica’s kindness and assistance deserves a shout out :)

I should be giving them 1 star but the platinum blonde at checkout made me give them 2 because she was so nice and pleasant. My daughter and I came in there to get a color match and was greeted by a associate and she said it would be 10 to 15 min wait which I am very patient. I seen 2 other customers came and ask the ladies who were doing color matches greet and took take of them asap. I won't be returning to this store. I love sephora but the artist seems to pick and choose which customer they want to do. I end up buying 2 eye liners by Fenty. Product is amazing but customer service sucks here other than the nice young lady that checked me out.
