mine and my moms nail tech was amazing, they were both friendly and welcoming easy to talk to and over all had a blast, not only were they amazing they also fit us in last minute.

Been going to this place for years- but this time my service was interrupted by the tech talking the entire time and even answering her personal cell during the manicure! I will not be seeing her again however I am loyal to the business and have wonderful experiences otherwise.

This place gave me herpetic whitlow on my fingers after one of the nail artists cut my nail with the nail dremel and then dipped it into a dip powder base that was clearly reused because it had lint in it. I tried suing, but there was “insufficient evidence” but I know for a fact it was from this nail salon. I’m stuck with herpes on my fingers that can reoccur for my entire life. DO NOT GO HERE. After I informed the nail salon about this, I didn’t even get a call from the owner to ask how I was doing when I would come in here every two weeks for six months. They don’t care about you as a customer and are not clean! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost don’t end up like me. As for this salon, I hope you never do this to anyone else and you should use the proper application technique for powder where you do not dip clients nails into the powder that will then be reused on other customers.

I had Joey as my tech and he did amazing. He got creative with my nails and it turned out amazing. And he went through hell and back just to make the splatters look good. Thank you so much for these beautiful nails!!

I went here for my quince nails and LOVED them and got so many compliments. I went back and i go to Ms.Kim, I love her so much she’s will take her time and makes sure she does them right. They do last long i had my quince nails on for almost a month.

This place would be amazing if it went back to the way it was about 4-5 years ago. The two racist white receptionists in the front make it basically impossible to enjoy your experience. And they do not accept walk ins, please do not be fooled! They need to switch their website to appointment only, whites only because they are rude to everyone else. I would not recommend going here unless you are white because they are rude to the workers and rude to anyone who isn’t white.

The customer service at the front desk is shameful. As soon as I walked in I heard one of the lady’s up front, Casey, yelling at a technician, Lisa, that she was doing the wrong pedicure on a lady. Casey kept repeating “STANDARD LISA DOES THAT SOUND ANYTHING LIKE SECRET TO YOU?” in front of a full salon of people. As someone who has worked in customer service positions for a many years, I understand how stressful the position can be and especially if you are in a position of authority over a larger group of people but the lack of respect and outright degrading is shameful. My mother & I have been coming to Sindy’s for YEARS because of their amazing quality nails but every-time Casey is working she always has something negative to say about someone. In fact Casey has gotten snippy with me on multiple occasions and when I bring it up to the manager I am always brushed off with a “that’s her personality”. After the situation was handled Casey continued to bad mouth the tech to other clients and employees! I can only imagine how toxic the environment is behind closed doors. Mistakes happen, the client should’ve spoken up and not waited until the entire pedicure was over & let’s not forget that these lady’s have a bit of a language barrier. GRACE & COMMON CURTESY TRAVEL FAR. 99% of the time Sindy’s Salon is amazing and I would fully recommend.

The owner went above and beyond to help everyone!! The energy was amazing and we were welcomed by our artists as if we were friends--not simply new accounts. I will definitely be returning! Han & Anthony were knowledgeable and took their time. Sindy's is a very unique and vibrant place even as not enough space to feel like I wasn't in the way while walking around.
