Very clean showroom. Employees are very nice. The salesman Tyler that helped me with my purchase is very professional. He answered all my questions and willing to help me find what I was looking for. My sleep number has not been delivered yet but a date is set up so I can't comment on that yet. I would definitely recommend going there and checking out the beds they offer. Ask for Tyler.

We're are very happy that we went to Fredericksburg, VA- Sleep Number Mattress System store. We have look at quite a few mattresses before finally stepping into Sleep Number store. Ms Dominique welcomed us warmly and started helping us analyzing our Sleep patterns. Ms. Dominique was really patient and answering all our concerns and how the Sleep Number Bed will support our sleeping comfort and get the most sleep. Truthfully we was amazed on how a big difference the bed system gave us so much comfort than our conventional mattress. We are very happy with the customer service, and our new Sleep Number Bed system purchase.

I called to schedule a disassembly and then a reassemble for my mother. I did not have any of the original purchase information like whose name or phone number her profile might be under or even the store where she purchased it. (My mother is 86 and the bed was bought in 2018 - so her memory wasn’t holding onto those details.) Tyler - from the Fredericksburg, VA store - worked patiently with us to find her profile. When it seemed impossible to do, he built new profile for her so that we could get our services scheduled. Tyler was so patient, very professional, very thorough and so detail oriented. He didn’t rush me off the phone - even though he could have been on the floor making a sale. When we finally finished the call I thought I had made a new friend. Sleep Number has gained our loyalty and Tyler has earned our business in the future when it’s time for a new bed 😊. Thanks again!

Tyler made the mattress shopping and buying experience super easy. Not pushy or “salesy” just informative and straightforward. The mattress was more affordable than I expected and the financing option was a plus. Nice military discount to boot! Will update w/ review of the mattress when received and used for a few nights.

Patrick, our salesman was very polite and informative about the product that we came to see. He walked us through all of the features and went over settings to customize our mattress once received. He even set up the mobile app on our phones for us. To be honest, the mattress sells itself. I am so looking forward to a great night sleep.
