DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased the Climate 360 for $12k. Worst experience imaginable. Bed was delivered damaged. Aside from the damage, it was the worst night's sleep I've ever had. When I called customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do. I've processed my return after one night and they're charging me $300.

Do not ever buy a mattress from Judy at the Fredericksburg store! She sold me a mattress (C2) for my RV only to have them tell me when it got delivered that I could not use it in my RV or it could blow up and they would not cover it! Judy also put my mattress on my mothers account (even though I had my own) so when I ultimately ended up returning it, my mothers credit card was refunded NOT MINE that was used for the purchase. Seems like fraud but corporate threw their hands up and said sorry, nothing we can do. Really disappointing after being a customer for over 5 years. Will not recommend them due to this fiasco.

I would highly recommend stopping in here if you are in the market for a new bed. Dominique was an amazing sales person! She answered all of our questions and made suggestions based on our needs. We never felt pressured and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t wait for our new bed!

We had a great experience purchasing our new bed. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and research. I was upfront and said I needed to vet a few more mattresses before I purchased one. No pressure Sara was great and the best mattess won!

This review is for the company as a whole. The bed did not deliver what is advertised. We gave the bed back but they won't take the base back. They sent a remote and they said the remote would work to control the bed without the pump but it does not. Called and spoke to a supervisor and she claimed the remote was defective. The remote works as long as it is connected to the pump. They took the pump when they took the bed. They still won't take the base back. $3200 for an adjustable base that you can't adjust is ridiculous. I would strongly advise NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL NEVER GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!!!!

We went in to figure out which mattress would work best for us. We worked with Seth. He was great. Knowledgeable, nice and funny. He helped us get everything we needed to start getting great sleep and had us in and out in under an hour. Hopefully, we won’t be buying another mattress anytime soon, but we definitely recommend Seth and SleepNumber to anyone looking.

Our Sleep Professional, Amanda, was very, very good at explaining how the Sleep Number bed works. It was great and fun to try out the bed. Couldn't help but buy the new split king P6 360 Smart bed. My husband was on the display bed and actually fell asleep while I discussed everything with Amanda. Can't wait for its delivery. The bed was just what we needed!Thanks to Amanda because she made everything simple.

Bought a recliner and loveseat a month ago, it was delivered on two separate dates and both times were the wrong color. It is near impossible to get the actual store on the phone. Poorest c utomer service EVER

I had my worst-ever retail experience with Sleep Number. Sorry the review is so long. My experience was longer!Let me start with the one positive: Dominique did a good job explaining things and taking our order, and helping me at the end of this story.I bought 3 sleep number beds last month, replacing all our beds.On the day of delivery, well into the 4 hour delivery window, I got a call from the company telling me the beds weren't coming. For another 19 days! Thanks for the early notification!This was a serious problem, because I had given away the beds and had company coming. So I put the bed platforms up against the wall, borrowed inflatable beds, and that's how everyone slept. See the picture.I called customer service 3 TIMES over the next two weeks. Each time a recording said they would call back the same day. No return calls!I called Seth, the store manager and he said he would look into things and call me back that afternoon. Only after another visit to the store did he call me back, a week later. He told me to call customer service.Nineteen days later, the beds finally got delivered.Then the Sleep Number app wouldn't work for me - the email in their system was wrong. To address the problem I had to call Customer Service. Once again, to no avail.A third visit to the store, and help from Dominique, finally got me a call back from customer service, and the app problem was fixed.This is my first one-star review ever. And my last Sleep Number purchase!

What needed to be explained was explained, the prices are indeed high though.The CEO’s in charge of the company need to start throwing in a head board for every customer who purchase a sleep number bed or the least cut the price down considerably down for the head board
