Sales staff was great. They guided us through everything helping us pick out the mattresses that best met our needs. They told it would take 7-10 business days for the products to come in and tomorrow they will be delivering our stuff. Great experience! I will definitely do business here again. Thank you!

Just got my couch delivered and I’m loving it. The delivery guys were great. I was at the store 2 weeks ago and met with TJ. He was awesome, easy to talk to, personable and not pushy at all to make the sale. He gave me space to browse around and answered all my questions. At the end, I found the one I wanted for a great price and now I’m enjoying it. I highly recommend this store.

The folks at Sofa Outlet are top notch. We needed a high quality sofa sleeper that would fit in our porch conversion. This Klaussner sofa, including a coil air mattress and decorator throw pillows, more than filled the bill. Great service and fast custom build.

Dealt with TJ. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Originally went to this store as a family member has purchased there in the past and was happy with their choice. Purchased 2 different couches. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were nice and quick.

Got a fantastic deal! Super impressed with the merchandise as well. I went to every store on Plank Road and Sofa Outlet was the cheapest by a long shot. Ayman was super friendly!

Update as of today: Still waiting on our sofa and two chairs. Was told this morning they are still having supply issues and delivery could be another 2 and a half weeks. Very disappointed at as we have an open house scheduled for this weekend at our newly renovated home. Amen and TJ have been awesome but I'm beginning to be a little concerned. Will update when we have received our furniture. Our experience with TJ was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and a great help picking out our furniture and fabrics. Sofa Outlet was by no means pushy neither which was a great plus for us. We will definitely use them again. Virginia & Jerry

Aymon was the light of our purchase here. Wonderful store with a great selection of wonderful quality sofas and chairs. The quality for the price far exceeds any of the other shops around. Will be purchasing from here for the foreseeable future.

I met with TJ originally a few months ago to look through the selection at Sofa Outlet. Though I loved one particular sofa I found there, I kept shopping just to see what other stores had. (It's hard to sell me anything!) I wasn't in a rush, so I took my time and looked at LOTS of other sofas in LOTS of other stores, but I never found any store that could compare with the selection available at S.O. and the quality of the sofa I'd found there. I finally returned to Sofa Outlet yesterday and TJ welcomed me back. I went straight to the model I had originally liked, and asked about other colors and fabrics. TJ made suggestions to help me get the exact sofa I had hoped to create. Other stores can't compare to the vast selection & personal service offered at Sofa Outlet. The process was fun, absolutely no pressure, and now I'm eagerly awaiting the manufacture and delivery of my sooo-comfy sofa. (I ordered two matching ottomans too - my living room layout is unusual.) I will update this review once the sofa is delivered and once we've used it for a while - and I'll add pics. Happy Shopping!

Amen was an awesome salesperson. He knew we were just looking so he gave us time to wander the store. He occasionally checked in with us and when we had a question he was quick to answer them. We haven't received out furniture yet so I don't know how delivery and service will be. Yes we bought a sofa and loveseat. Amen helped us pick materials and other options. Since we customized our furniture it will be a while before we receive it. Fingers crossed the delivery and set up will go as smoothly as the purchase did!

We went to at least 6 stores to look for new living room furniture and could not find anything we liked. We noticed the Sofa Outlet and decided to look them over and guess what we found what we liked. We found the store to be well stocked and the sales person Mr. Ayman to be fantastic and their prices are very good!!Thank you for fantastic service.

Walked in and saw the most gorgeous sofa and chair combo ever! TJ just had his easiest sale. The most comfortable furniture on earth. This is the third sofa set we bought from him, the other two are still in service in different parts of the house and church.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW ONLY: I recently purchased a sofa from Amen at Sofa Outlet. My experience from beginning to end in reference to the customer service I've received has been outstanding! The sofa I purchased ending up not fitting through my front (and only) door, due to my error in not measuring. Amen worked with me to get another sofa similar to the one I had chosen (slightly smaller to fit in the door). Once the new sofa has been delivered, I will do another Google review on the merchandise.
