We originally drove all the way to King George from Alexandria to look at another truck at another dealer but was dissapointed to see the state of it when we arrived. Drove past SRT and dropped in for a look. Diana helped us find a great truck. Process was very easy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with George at SRT Autosales, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, George’s friendly and welcoming attitude made me feel completely at home. He was patient and never once made me feel rushed or pressured, taking the time to answer every question and walk me through all my options until I found the perfect car. His consistency and genuine care stood out — he checked in regularly throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with every detail.
What impressed me most, though, was that George’s dedication didn’t end once the sale was complete. This dealership was extremely unprofessional and presented with racial undertones . I was greeted with what y’all want. We close in 20 minutes and I have to drive a hour and 30 minutes. Then proceeded to say well what you want.
I politely walked away and chose to go to another dealer. But people of color beware of shopping here. Please don’t patronize this business

I purchased a 2007 Gold chevy tahoe from this dealership. I was given a warranty 3 month 1000 mile from Integrity. I purchased the vehicle on Labor day I drove yhe vehicle for 2 weeks it has blown head gaskets. I put it in the shop the warranty adjuster came out and said it's not covered. It's been worked on before incorrectly. I call SRT about the warranty and they keep blowing me off. I have used 1 month 200 miles of the warranty. Steer clear of this dealership my next move is getting a lawyer buyer beware shady business. George is a good salesman he will get you in it then you on your own.

I was looking to buy a plug-in hybrid before the expiration of the tax credit. I had the privilege of working with a dealer at SRT named George to purchase a 2017 Chevy Volt. He was warm, thoughtful, and a consummate professional. He made sure I had an opportunity to check everything out about the vehicle I needed to. Very communicative and trustworthy throughout the process. Also appreciate the other staff at SRT for helping me navigate claiming the credit. Would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from this dealer!

Great service comes from great communication...which did not happen for me during the two times I called.
Call #1: I spoke to George whom was busy with in store customers. I get it, and requested he call me back. After 2 days, no call back.
Call #2: Spoke with George and reminded him who I was and the vehicle I was interested in. Also reminded him I was out of state but ready to purchase! I requested additional photos and was told I would receive them that day. Days go by and guess what, no call back and definitely no photos! My assumption is he'd rather not deal with the hassle with someone that is out of state. If so, just tell me, not lead me on.

I’m usually nervous buying from a used auto place BUT from the time I called inquiring about two trucks and setting up an appointment to test drive and purchasing my truck, it was smooth and flawless. Diana and George made the whole experience very easy and straightforward.
They even made it a point to make sure that a minor cosmetic bumper issue (we all missed it prior to the purchase) was fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend looking at any used vehicle at SRT. Fairly priced and great customer service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful but beware of the 90 day Integrity Warranty as it is useless. If Integrity can’t find a legitimate reason for denying the claim, they utilize a clause that states PRE EXISTING issues are not covered! Well, everything on a used car is pre existing!
Again, the staff was friendly and helpful but be aware of Integrity Warranty.
