Bought a large shed for my backyard, started off with communication issues, finally got the guy to come check out the space. Told me he can put the gravel pad down and level it no problem. Once it was down and the shed was placed I had trouble opening doors and windows and they tore up my yard. The guy that laid the gravel had to come back out to fix the yard and re-level my shed and was complaining about it the entire time. Once they left I should have check myself if it was level. A couple months go by and the doors stopped closing again so I reach out to the salesman tom and he says he’ll let the office know but I never heard anything back. Will never use them again.

I ordered a 12 x 22 shed from Brad at Stafford nursery it was professionally installed. I was kept in contact so I knew updates as they came up. I was very impressed to the point with Brad that I have ordered a second shed anybody looking for the best quality and best support this is the company you wanna use

I ordered a 10' x 16' shed from Stafford Nursery. I was told it would take about 30 days to be custom built to my specification. To my surprise, 2 weeks later it was completed and ready to deliver. I did the pre-delivery inspection and everything was fine. Brad and his crew delivered and set it it up a few days later. They were prompt, professional and curteous. My yard was a challenge to navigate due to a large curb and slope. But everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend them for your shed needs.

I ordered a shed from Tom at Stafford Nursery and couldn't be happier. I shopped around quite a bit prior to ordering and found that the price at Stafford Nursery was fair, delivery was quicker than anyone else I spoke to was offering, and with the shed now delivered (right on time), I can attest that the quality and workmanship is high. Also, I live in the city and they had to navigate their truck through a pretty narrow alley to make the delivery happen, and they pulled it off without issue. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them!

Brad at Stafford Nursery was exceptional. Company was easy to work with, came to my house to validate color match to house and shingles. Foundation was built , shed was delivered as promised, and it is great quality. If your looking for honesty and quality see Brad he is your guy at Stafford Nursery!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Tom lies so much I think it comes naturally to him. It’s been over a year. The shed I ordered ended up costing more than double what Tom said it would. I said no and requested my money back. Still waiting. I guess I will need to get my lawyer involved to get anything done.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TOM.

I recently bought a shed from 10x12 Stafford Nursery during the Virginia fair. When I was at the fair, I waited around for about 15 mins because the salesman was unable to be found. When I looked around, I found him behind the sheds talking on the phone. I stood there for a few more minutes and he turned away from me. I finally got his attention and proceeded to ask about the shed. Fast forward to the site prep. I paid to have the site prepped with gravel and a retention wall. During that process, they cut my internet even after it was marked. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I was working from home. I called the business and requested a call from the manager or owner..never heard back. Once they finished, the shed was supposed to be delivered the next day. No call and was told they could delivery it the following Monday. I waited around until around 3-4pm and got a call that they wouldn't be able to deliver it. I had to take off work and now had to take another day off work. I requested to have the manager or owner call me again, and have not received any type of call expressing their concern. Even though it was a decent price for the shed, their customer service is absolutely horrible. They put me out and I had so many inconveniences it was maddening. They can care less about their customers and just looking for the extra dollar. I regret giving them my business.

I stumbled on Stafford Nursery quite by accident and was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem tucked away off the beaten path. Brad was super helpful, polite, and professional and was able to provide the tools (paving stones and plants) necessary to help me with my landscaping project. If you're like me and want to support small businesses in your community, be sure to check them out. (Prices are comparable to the big box stores) Shop local.

I came here to buy bulk garden soil and asked for topsoil for my organic garden. Asked for 5 yards. Was recommended to get the topsoil and compost blend by the guy behind the counter. What arrived was Sandy clay soil with some compost mixed it. I can get weeds to grow in this stuff, but vegetables don’t like it.
