The reason for me visiting this store was because, the Staples near my home in Stafford VA treated me horrible. The copy center to be exact.Ashton was not only wonderful but, he was a breath of fresh air . He had patience and helped me with my printing services. Kudos to Ashton and keep up the Good Work.

My wife and I received a gift card at our wedding. We went to the store to pick up some office supplies and the gift card didn’t work at the cashier. He told us to call customer support to get the issue resolved. We paid and left. Then we called support and they referred us to a different number (that is, to hang up, and call a different number because “they were changing systems”). We called the other number and Bill, the worker who picked up our call, asked for our gift card number, which we provided. He said that he could see the balance but that because they were changed systems, they needed to “register the gift card” once again. For it, he asked us for the receipt. Of course, being a gift card given at our wedding, we don’t have any receipt (who gives a gift card with the receipt?). We explained that and he said that there is exactly nothing that he could do, meaning that the funds were lost. This whole situation translates into Staples selling gift cards, getting them “de-registered” because a change of system on their end, rendering gift cards unusable. The customers made nothing wrong on this one and ended up losing their funds. We asked for a manager and Bill said he was the manager and reiterated that there was nothing to do, that our money was lost. “Stealing” is a strong word but it’s hard to find a better term to describe this situation. We try to not buy everything from Amazon but companies like Staples make it very difficult.

Ashton & Brittany in the print services department are a dream! They make my process so easy, they’re so friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m always so relieved to see either or both of them behind the desk. I don’t always have the easiest orders and once, Ashton saw me walking in as he was leaving and he turned around to go back behind the desk to help make sure my order got submitted properly. I hope they get the praise and pay the both deserve!!

Spent all weekend searching for a work desk. The tech supervisor (Caysen, sorry if the spelling is wrong) went above and beyond helping us. Through helpful information and then helping us with a return for a faulty desk, he was amazing. The two young men at the front desk who also helped us were just as amazing. Three examples of what customer service should be. We were blessed this weekend and appreciate each and everyone of you.

I got a couple things laminated at a good price and was happy about that but this is the worst toilet seat I've ever seen. How has nobody at Staples replaced it.

So tried to ship a prepaid UPS package at UPS store down the street. The UPS Store is unable to print a label for a pre purchased shipment from UPS. Worse they want to charge you close to $4 to use their printer to print a UPS shipping label. Unbelievable for a UPS Store!This Staples store very happily printed a label, stuck it in an envelope, attached it to the package and then taped up the box with a smile for no charge at all! Go to Staples if you need a box shipped!Great service without any hassle at Staples! Much appreciated!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. As i’m approaching the store there’s two male employees promoting something out front of the store and they’re running across the parking lot playing with a bouncy ball. I went to print one single certificate on a normal piece of paper and couldn’t complete that. I’m usually an independent person and did not intend on needing assistance. To print you have two options, either send the document to a staples email and they were gonna reply with your barcode, I sent like 5 separate emails and never received anything, at that point I tried the second option which was using a usb also did not work. I approached the 3 employees that were in the copy and print station 2 different times and they were no help at all. First lady just handed me a postcard with instructions which are the same instructions on the printer and the 2nd guy just apologized and told me to go outside and get better signal which doesn’t make much sense because if the emails were sending perfectly fine the signal wouldn’t be the reasoning for me to not receive an email. I was there for a good 20 minutes and decided to leave and go to office depot down the street. The process was so much easier, printed my certificate in 2 minutes and an employee offered his help if needed.

I go here often for prints and copies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office center does get really busy just have some patience when it comes to rush hour either am or pm.

I’ll preface this review with saying we go here for one thing and that is printer cartridges. They always have our model in stock and quite surprisingly, it’s cheaper than Walmart for our particular model. I was not expecting that. Been here a few times and when the ink is low, this is the place to go. For good deals on printer cartridges, I recommend it!

Definitely used to be the only place I would go to print out stuff. however my last interactions sealed the deal on the opposite. I can tell the manager of the printing department is done being there because as I was trying to ask her a follow up question to my comment regarding the lack of resume paper she quickly shut me down and dismissed me by informing me they just didn’t have anything. And looking at me like I was wearing a red nose and clown shoes and she just wanted me to get out. I guess I should have at least apologized for interrupting her gab fest between her and her 2 coworkers. Because that seemed to be the real irritant.
