There was this black lady come in the bank act like she cash a check to find out about your account than keep on asking questions about your to the teller.it happen yesterday evening.than the other white teller saying my personality stuff out loud to other people.and telling me what I have left and my account and call me a liar..

The fact that I have to leave one star in order to leave a review is the first problem. This bank is literally negative stars. It’s nothing but problems if you have to dispute a charge or you have a situation with your account, you have to fill out a 10 page essay And then it takes forever to complete. When other banks take 3 to 5 business days. That’s completely unacceptable. Now let’s talk about the out of date ATM machine that has one button for cash or check deposit and your halfway through your cash deposit when the ATM wants to start reading dollar bills as checks and has an error and then you have to start all over. This is completely ridiculous and also you only have one ATM it’s time to get with the 20th century, have multiple ATMs update your ATM to where there are two buttons one for cash and one for checks. Because I can literally drive to Ashland location and use their ATM putting in 30 different bills and it reads all of them with no problem. Update your ATM!!!!

Poor service. Stand in line while employees are socializing with customers. After waiting several minutes in line, employee was less than pleasant. Acted like was inconvenienced that had to say hi. Sadly, most of the locations have gotten to these once BB&T changed to Truist.

I understand the issue of being short staffed but watching the senior bankers just walking back and forth and hand out pens to people in line is ridiculous when there is one teller and an hour wait to cash a check. I especially don’t like seeing these employees NOT working saying to people in line “you’re almost there!”This is my third visit and I have had the same experience each time.The drive through is also closed. So your only option is the hour of standing. And no it is not the lunch hour…I must add the teller (dark hair and glasses) did not seem stressed, assisted me quickly when I made it to her, and apologized numerous times for the wait.

Drive thru people dont go in order. I was here first waiting while several other cars who came after me got helped first. Never come to this location!!!

Wanted to just exchange wrapped coins for cash only one inside teller had to wait in line about 45 minutes other then that the lady from side desk by line was very nice and helpful with people waiting in line and did her best to assist when her job is for something else there

Always slow and the wait is tremendously long even for the simplest transitions. Glad this is not my bank of choice. I come here to do deposits for my employer.

Management wanted to place a 7 day hold on cashier check from Navy Federal Credit Union. I guess it takes awhile to verify a check or call NFCU down the street. Thank you NFCU for transferring funds in less than an hour!

Since the merger with SunTrust it is terrible. Long waiting lines in drive thru. We don't have that kind of time. Hire someone employees. The ones you have are great but not enough of them. Open some more branches in our area. If they don't wise up will lose every customer they have.
