awful employees and it's like they don't know anything about their job. Claimed i didn't have insurance for screen protectors called t-mobile and they said i did and i filed a complaint as this isn't the first or third time this has happened. a waste of time.

Purchase in cash in full for 2 new S24 on yesterday where I was encouraged to do my own data transfer, something I believe is considered apart customer service and advise to bring my 2 phones back anytime for $400 credit. Returned today's, there was on 2 customer staff in the store or visible neither greeted me as loyal T-MOBILE customer instead they went on supporting each of their customers for close 25minutes I waited until a rep came in from the back of store only need to get support. He returned with 2 rep who impolite informed me that had I financed the phone yesterday instead of paying cash for them I would've received store credit. So, miss information on yesterday, rude non responsive customer service today's and waste of time for returning as instructed to get a credit that does not exist for anyone capable of paying out right for merchandise. Second time I've been disappointed in the customer support received in the fredericksburg Carl D Silver T-MOBILE branch. Maybe time to switch phone companies if I'm not going to be treated with same respect as some of customers.

Taylor was great helping me activate a new line and upgrading the device. She was patient and informative but not pushy. If you come to this store, see Taylor and she will take care of you.

Had a horrendous experience at this store. Taylor, the representative, and Hunter, another staff member, were both misinformed about DIGITS, refused to call customer support and were dismissive. They claimed DIGITS doesn't include a SIM card, contradicting T-Mobiles website. Despite showing them evidence from the T-Mobile website, they stuck to their misinformation. The manager, with apparently 20 years of experience, seemed unaware of the situation as well based on Taylor's call with him. Cancelled my order due to immense frustration. Terrible service all around - from misinformed staff to an uninformed manager. Avoid this store if you want accurate information and professional assistance.

Thumbs up! T-Mobile associates immediately upon me entering the store touched base with me as it was pretty busy, however handle the job and had me on my way with mobile a protective glass to keep my comms up.

Nice clean store. Everyone was helpful. I went in to have my screen protector replaced. I had to go to a different town bc mine in my town didn't ever have it in stock.

The store has the most professional staff I've ever met. They are bombarded with so many customers (and some are rude) but they kept their professionalism in tact. As a Marine Veteran, I am pleased that they took care of my phone and was able to assist me in a timely manner. I give a 5vstar for being so patient and helpful.

We had such amazing service from Ali! He literally helped us on multiple days as we had to wait for our phones to come in. We had multiple phone lines being transferred, so he had to deal with us on multiple days. He was friendly each time and very thorough! Made sure we had everything we needed and double checked our plan each time to make sure nothing went wrong and nothing changed by accident

Leaving AT&T for the poor service. My boy Ali took care of us. He’s very patient and helped resolve a lot of the issues that we had, he provided great customer service and was very attentive to our needs. I Highly recommend this location, they’re very honest and very proactive.
