We love Don and Jacqueline! My husband and I had one h*ll of a loan assumption process that took almost 6 months to complete. These two were our saviors! We met Jacqueline about a year ago when we decided to become semi-serious about moving to Fredericksburg. This spring we became serious and she helped us decide what our process would be: sell our house first and then find another. Selling our house after almost 40 years was daunting but Jacqueline pulled out a team of handyman (a master Jack of all trades), photographer (truly a genius), and carpet provider that made our lives easier. The morning she put our house on the internet as “Coming Soon” she had 2 offers. The offer price and terms she got for us were more than we hoped for. She did a great job selling our house in Fairfax from a home base in Fredericksburg.Then we needed to find the perfect home in Fredericksburg which meant the right place and right price. It was an anxious time for us but Jacqueline kept showing us any house we wanted to see and telling us we’d find the perfect one, just be patient. And she was right. We’re about 5 blocks from family, in a house I think we’ll love.Jacqueline was a joy to work with. We never felt that we were interrupting. If she didn’t have an immediate answer she got back to us later that day. We count her as one of our first friends in Fredericksburg.

Don and the rest of the Helleu team were fantastic! The entire process was a breeze. Don was able to get us a great price and was very personable and professional throughout the entire selling experience. This isn’t our first real estate experience in the area, nor our first experience with Don. There is a reason we used him again!
