Disappointed in the boutonniere I ordered from Westwood Florist for my daughter's homecoming date. I ordered the White and Green Boutonniere listed on their website (photo below) and paid $24.17. The photo from their website showed three flowers, greenery and tall baby's breath. The only change I made was asking for the green ribbon to be added. The boutonniere I received was one flower, very short small bunch of baby's breath and a fake white glitter leaf.
We ended up stopping at Wegmans afterwards and purchasing a better one for $18.
I should have looked before walking out of the florist, so I take responsibility for that. I just grabbed it and left.
I will say everyone I spoke to from ordering to pick up was very kind.

I purchased flowers for my mothers birthday and a family emergency came up where she had to leave town while the flowers were out for delivery. Thompsons was kind enough to receive the flowers back and postpone the delivery until the following week. top notch customer service, as well as a beautiful arrangement that arrived today. Placed order for delivery at 8am and was prepared and delivered by noon same day. Followed specific instructions for delivery perfectly and notified when delivery was complete. Will be using again in the future as well as highly recommending to friends

My sister & I asked for custom arrangements for our mother’s memorial service, & they absolutely knocked it out of the park on making our vision come to life. From how kind & accommodating they were in the store going over our inspiration, to the beautiful arrangements & punctual delivery. SO SO Disappointed! Sent my husband to get flowers for our daughter’s birthday. Told him we wanted petite pink, baby blue, white and green flowers. No roses. We didn’t even get babies breath, which is her favorite. She thought these flowers were a joke and for $65 I felt the same.
