The staff are always patient and kind - many are volunteers. Their compassion for animals - and people- is admirable. Go there with a generous and kind heart, and don’t complain if they don’t kiss your feet.”

“Such a beautiful shop with multiple vendors showcasing everything from home decor, books and up -cycled clothing. In fact I found a great denim skirt by Guess originally $45 for $18.Big shout out to Olivia who made sure everyone felt welcomed and was super helpful.”

“They had some really nice stuff and the little store is packed with all sorts of things. Prices were alright- I bought a nice dresser with a mirror around $170 which isn’t bad especially considering it only had a few marks on it. They were also super helpful with finding what I was looking for and with helping get the dresser inside my fathers truck. Super nice and I’d definitely recommend!”

“I shop here at least once or twice a month.Generally, the staff is friendly, and good selection. The vintage items can sometimes be over priced. My biggest complaint is the use of masking tape to keep items together.Pictured is a beautiful napkin ruined by the masking tape adhesive. I will try a third time to remove it. Management! Yoo hoo! Rubber bands, safety pins, twine …anything but masking tape!”
“One of the coolest places around to visit! Must say, you can find anything from a front door, all the way down the line to a toilet or even a TV. I currently am employed here at habitat and love my job. I'm trying to organize the store along with keeping customers happy and safe. So come on in and see all the cool things we have to offer.”

“I visited your store today beside Gaints. The town and country store. I must say it is like a breath of fresh air. From the time you enter the store to the time you leave. The friendly and family feel you get when you walk in. And the way they care about your customers. I got to meet one of your managers, his personality is truly breath taking. And I love the way he interacts with all the customers and is so helpful and kind. You can tell the customers love him. I believe his name is jazs, i called him sky because of his eyes. But he truly takes pride in his job, the customers and his employees. I wanted to just say that i understand now what your mission is all about. And it shows the way you hire people who are so quick to make a difference in peoples lives they meet even for the first time. This is truly favorite store. And you now have me as a loyal customer. “The Goodwill Store and Donation Center at Harrison Crossing is the best and cleanest Goodwill in the Fredericksburg area. The staff assisting with dropoff is always very nice. It's definitely worth the short drive out to Harrison Crossing”
“This was my first experience at a Goodwill Outlet and it was so cool! Highly recommend you wear gloves when you come and give yourself plenty of time to look through things, but you can definitely find some good treasures if you're willing to hunt. For reference: everything shown in the cart was $6 total.”

“This is my favorite Goodwill store because it's not only new, but clean and the staff is always working hard to get new items out on the floor. I don't know what the complaint about clothes and handbag prices is because it's standard pricing at all Goodwill stores. I appreciate this store putting the sales tag at the seams in clothing so as not to tear a hole in the material. I also have found some beautiful quilts at Cosner's Corner Goodwill. And they have good items online to shop for. I enjoy a weekly thrifting of deals and treasures. You have a very nice store that is clean and smells good. Keep up the good work.”
“Best Goodwill in the area that I know of for larger furniture. This location is pretty busy and seems to be well picked through. I have a hard time finding anything nice here. The employees at this location are pretty friendly though.”
