*NEW EDIT for fun cause this location deserves to be shuttered like the car was next door** - - - - anyone notice theres a new "Owner" for every negative review?? ??Let me preface by saying I HIGHLY recommend that if you get your vehicles serviced here to switch to any local Firestone instead. This store has gone through MAJOR staffing changes within the last 6 years. The only good techs and old manager are long gone and/or fired. They already share data and can easily see all your vehicles history and records. Firestone is Tires Plus' better and more honest/professional parent company to the and it shows. And you'd be happily surprised to find the old management and techs still l working in much better shops in the area.2/12/21 Yesterday I paid over $1000 for top of the line bridgestone tires with road hazard protection. The charges include about $40 in parts and labor to service the tpms sensors by replacing the rubber valve stems/caps/valve cores. THIS WAS NOT DONE. All caps miss matched. Miss matched valve cores in each valve stem. Old dry rotted stems still on. When I tried to call the store at 5pm the today and the phone rang no answer. I called Firestone by my house and they were confused as to why they wouldn't answer the phone as the manager of that store knew the manager of tires plus personally. They tried calling from Firestone and still no answer. I was able to get the kits installed under warranty by Joe at Firestone. They received a good review, a nice tip for actually answering the phone and being helpful and honest, and completing the service I had paid for. Unlike Tires Plus.I would have called the store to tell you, but obviously you would rather not by the way you leave the phone unattended hours before close. Hopefully this bad review effects your wallet directly as you attempted to steal from mine.EDIT 2/17/21: Lisa I'm sorry but tires plus had their chance to make it right and missed it when they chose to leave their phones unattended for two hours before they closed. No offence personally but I don't need a corporate shill begging me to remove my review and making half hearted promises to minimize negative effects to your local reputation. Tested battery and found out needing replacement. also Dan goes out of his way to make sure his customer is truly happy. I will not take my wife's, daughters, and even myself our vehicles anywhere else but Tires/Plus. I have been coming here since the store was White Tires and changed over to Tires Plus by a guy named Gary, now Dan that was under Gary. Best in the business!

The staff are all down to earth and as honest as they can be. They recommend but don’t try to use scare tactics to get customers to get services done. I’ve been in the auto industry for 30 years so as a female I had to get a tougher skin and have taught myself more than the average female however I’ve heard the workers with other customers and they all treat any race or gender the same. Very respectable and shows the outstanding character of your employees. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

So I have been going here for almost a year now, never have I experienced the amount of rudeness and attitude I did this last week. I contact my mechanic who works there and he told me I could come in and it should be fine. I arrive and see this older women with gray hair who I never have seen before she first asked me “do I have a appointment” I said “no” granted I never had to make a appointment unless my mechanic tells me otherwise and I have never been given attitude for even walking in. I informed her my mechanic knows I’m coming and under her breath she says “he has to stop doing that” extremely in a rude matter and rolls her eyes and smacks her mouse and then tells me he has three cars ahead of you like if she expects me to walk out and not wait and I said okay that’s fine and then she lets out a big sign like I was a HUGE bother mind you I arrive at 2:30pm and they close at 7pm. The whole time she has an attitude like Im inconvenience to her for walking in when she’s not the one even working on my car! My mechanic comes out informs me about the wait I said that’s fine I’m not in a hurry being polite and then she interrupts and says “how are you going to get things finish by 7pm cause I don’t want to be here past 7pm” this is extremely rude like your saying this in front of a client! I would never say this to a client who is paying for their service and be this extremely rude especially being front desk. Throughout the whole thing I was extremely polite despite her attitude. Personally I would say she’s not front desk material based on her attitude and like I said this was my first encounter with ever. I just know I don’t ever want to go when she’s there at this point. Management really needs to speak to her about her tone and approach especially if she’s going to continue being front desk for them because she was just extremely rude.

I called needing a brake job and I got an appointment for the following day. They fixed my brakes, rotated my tires, gave me a front end alignment and an oil change all while I waited. Very professional.

Bri is awesome at customer service. I dropped my car off for an oil change. My window wiper fluid happened to be empty and when Ipicked my car up I noticed they filled it up too.It's the little things..I've been going to thislocation for 10+ years and they always providegreat service.

The staff was totally helpful and gave us several options....they did a good job and had the vehicle finished in a reasonable amount of time! We definitely will return.
