I took my car to Trans Tech for a transmission flush and my concern about my transmission. They did the transmission flush and they gave me the cost over the phone. When I got to the shop they told me they did it twice because they felt the fluid was dirty and it needed it again. I did not authorize the service but they still charged me. I highly recommend you find a different transmission place for that should’ve never have happened to a customer. Be told one thing and then go to the shop and then be told something else and they try to justify it by saying, we just decided to do it. Any extra services should always be approved by the customer because the customer may not have the money to pay them.

This was the first time I used this company. I could hear my transmission was making noise so I had it towed to them. He called me back the next day and let me know it was only the seals and the transmission fluid was low. I had them do the repair. They got the work done pretty fast and I felt like they were very honest with the repairs needed. I would highly recommend this company And we use them in the future.

Transmission service is never cheap. But I was having my fluids and filter changed in my RAM truck. The manager was nice, answered my questions. Was engaging with the customer. And checked and got me a better price on a part. He did not have to. They did quick work of my vehicle. I was out the door in less than an hour. Kudos to trans tech!

I had an issue with a leaking transmission on my F250. I called and described what was going on and what I thought it was. The gentleman on the phone gave me a quote right over the phone and said they could fix it within 2 days. I took my truck up after hours and dropped off. They called back the next morning within two hours of opening and confirmed the issue and the price. They had it fixed and ready the next day just as they said and with a one year warranty. I’m very satisfied with their customer service and honest professional work. They did the work at a much more reasonable price than other shops I had spoke with. So clearly they’re not out to price gouge. I’d definitely recommend trans tech to anyone.Service: Transmission

Had issues with my transmission on my truck. No other shop gave me many options or opinions as it’s a newer truck and not many have seen the issue. Trans Tech was the only shop to do extensive research to find the issue. They were prompt, very well priced, and over all great to work with.
