Love ulta!! I come here more than I would like to admit.. itās a good location, and the staff have all been pretty nice. They greet you when you come in the door and I donāt ever feel like theyāre like following you. I hate that in other stores, here I can come and shop in peace. But they are also there if I have a question! I would say the only improvement would be there shade matching, It looks fine in store then I get home and it looks crazy haha. But other than that love their makeup selection and skincare also! They also have some really good sales/coupons if you look out for them. Hereās a couple of my recent looks!

Got my hair done in the Salon today by Kiersten! She was absolutely amazing. She listened to all my concerns and did such a thorough consultation! I couldnāt be happier with the cut, the experience, she did phenomenal. She educated me on what my hair needed and aftercare for my styling. Get on that book babe!!!

I got my hair done by Kierstin, and WOW she delivered exactly how I wanted it! She took her time in explaining the entire color process, the styling. The end results were amazing!! My hair feels so soft and itās the color Iāve always wanted.

Teach your cashiers how to respect people. The (young pale lady with dark hair) working around 3PM, snickering as she throws a āfree productā on the counter saying how i needed it. I will definitely not return.

The sales associate was so incredibly helpful. I was looking for a fragrance with specific notes. I explained what I was looking for and she helped us find options and we found 2 that were perfect.

Kat did my hair in the salon. From the time I talked to her on the phone to the minute I left the salon she gave me step by step guidance on what she was doing. She was kind, professional just a caring and wonderful person. My hair turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her.

I bought a MAC lipstick and while in my car in the parking lot I opened it to find the lid was missing. I brought it back to the same employee who rang up my transaction minutes prior and she refused to exchange the product because my transaction hadn't 'shown up yet' on their computer. I asked if she was going to send me home knowingly with a faulty product and she said 'yes' and I can come back to return it another time. Not what I expect from Ulta. I will not only be returning the lipstick tomorrow...I will be returning everything else I purchased as well.
