The wait time here is insane. I sat and waited over an hour just to get a replacement debit card because they said it would be faster if I came in person. No one even acknowledged me or let me know it would just be a few more minutes. I wouldn’t come back to this branch personally

Customer service in person at branches continues to decline. Small business owners should look elsewhere. We have had our account with them for over 14 years. Fees increase, interest rates are way below what you can find at other places and service gets worse. We have kept an account open with Atlantic Union out of misplaced loyalty. It is a bad basic business decision to bank with Atlantic Union. Better options are easily found. I shared my frustrations with a long time bank employee and they agreed with me! They have the mentality they we should pay them for the honor of holding our money. Sad, but now it is easy to see why the small banking industry is in the shape it is.

Every time I go to this branch, the teller at the window always has an attitude. Recently, I had to get a debit card replacement and they didn’t make the process go smoothly at all. You can definitely tell the difference when going to other branches.

Great service all around at this location! Kimberly Seacrist who I worked with at another bank years ago always makes my transactions smooth as silk. Ana helped me with my funds transfer and Hollie made the place look pretty but watering the plants and sprucing everything up. Great experience as always

Went to this branch this morning to pull out cash for the babysitter...Of course their ATM was broken, spent over 20 minutes in the drive-through line. Now of course I'm late for work now. Would not recommend if you are looking for service in a reasonable time frame. Will personally never return to this location again
