Supervisor unhelpful , have him and his associate on camera admitting that his carrier put the wrong address on my package but still refusing to be accountable so I can get my refund from the shipper. They tried to deliver my package twice to the wrong address and the first address was not even a deliverable address. Despite knowing this they still put a tracking message that said delivered . Then when asked could the driver be held accountable they had no answers and took up for the incompetence of their workers. With video and picture proof of them incorrectly delivering a now missing package they deflected , would not accept responsibility, and pretended to stare at the computer like Rin and Stempee like they were trying to figure something out . First it was they delivered it to a non deliverable address, then it was we issued a refund cause we couldn’t find it, then they admitted on tape that they accidentally put the wrong corrected address, now they want to “see who’s at fault” when the package should have never been delivered in the first or second place . Now instead of owning up and doing better I have to file a police report and go through several hoops to get my money back.

This place has the best customer service and one time I had a hard time finding where to go and a driver there by the name of Chris helped me and was very respectful ! We need more people like him around!

Where can I find the local phone number?? I call the 800PICKUPS and I get people from out of the country that can offer 0 help when it comes to packages that are supposed to be delivered but are not. Why would our UPS driver mark 2 packages delivered with a photo of ONE package?? Unacceptable. Have a local number we can call to contact the delivery driver. It's hard to track packages when days have gone by. Please make it easier to get our packages locally.

After paying to come and pick up my package because they couldn't deliver it in the right place I walked in and the guy in there has a personality of a rock and his obviously not appreciative of his customers. They didn't bother to tell me when they were open and when they were closed and didn't call when it was time to pick up my package. Quite rude and quite ungrateful

Hello, every day when I get back from Dr's appointments, this ups driver is blocking not 1 but all disabled parking spots. He has been told several times not to park their but does so anyway. I have contacted the police department about this as well. Not only does he park in the spots he pulls so far backward, I have to walk in the grass, which I don't do well. I can barely walk on the sidewalk. This is very, very disrespectful. The location of the property is140 Abberly Dr, Stafford, VA 22554. I'm including a picture of his truck and license plate.

I walked in to get my package, and the young man knew who I was and what I was there for. Loved it. Did not like dealing with UPS's automated voice answering director. That throughly Sucks. But the people did what they said they would.

I paid for 2 day shipping due to me going out of town. My package needs to be signed for. It was suppose to be delivered yesterday, driver marked it as he needed security access … LIE. I live in an apartment complex with no gate no buzzer! I called the call center 1st woman I spoke to got mad i was tripping her up on her words and hung up on me. Called back asked for a supervisor, he said he’d have my package delivered today, still not out for delivery. This package is a phone and now it’s the weekend and I’m leaving Monday to go on a cruise and looks like i will not be receiving my package since i won’t be here to sign for it. Get it together UPS & tell your drivers to stop being lazy and do their jobs!!!!

This local dispatch is terrible. They will just skip over your business on a whim and just say "delivery attempted". Causing local businesses trouble is never a good look.

I sent two boxes from California to king George va. I sent them out October 25 paid close to $200 for the shipment it is now nov 4th and they still can’t deliver it. I’ve received every excuse why it hasn’t been delivered. The call center is of no help! I can barely understand what they are saying but one thing they tell me every time is that it’ll be delivered tomorrow yet nothing has arrived. The worst part is my husband and I both work for UPS and can’t get any help. Fredericksburg center has not helped. Even as we know the process. This embarrassing, unbelievable and unacceptable!

Ordered a package back in August to be delivered in September, they delayed the order and have offered zero update on when the package will actually be delivered. Incredibly unprofessional.Edit: Got the refund through the shipper, maybe my package would have actually been delivered if this facility wasn't ran by the most inept and incompetent workers imaginable.

I have an overnight package get delayed and missed the delivery window they automatically rescheduled for delivery the next day but the problem is this is perishable live goods. It’s sitting at the hub per the tracking and I’ve called the one 800 number they have listed here however these third-party call centers offer zero help at all and basically tell you to wait till next business day for it to be delivered I can’t even arrange for me to go pick it up tonight when you guys open at 8 PM for pick up this customer service really sucks
