Came in this morning & had multiple returns and didn’t have anything organized (I know, my bad 😭) the young man that helped me, NAVEEN, was so helpful! He didn’t make me feel like I needed to be in a rush and was very patient with me, I had a huge box in my car that was falling apart from getting wet on delivery and he didn’t hesitate to help me— he carried the box in from my car himself! I’ve been to this store a few times and it’s always been a great experience! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Thank you for making all my amazon returns quick and easy!

I arrived just at 7PM because I was running late and the guy with blonde hair (didn't catch his name) took my package and gave me a receipt even though he didn't have to.

This store misplaces my packages and puts other people's mail in my box regularly. I would not recommend anyone rent a mailbox from this location.

The staff were friendly and were able to quickly and competently handle every customer’s needs, including my own. I had a line of 6 people ahead of me and within 5 minutes I was in and out.

By far, the best customer attention is given at this location including, expediting your requests and needs. Then, making sure your info is current, correct and you understand the details. They never make you feel uncomfortable if your needs are a little off the normal routine they deal with each day. Each time I leave this store, I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and placed onto to this very capable staff! 👍🏼🙇🏻♀️🙇🏽♂️🐇 A sincere Thank you ahead of this trip to see you today!
