Nikki’s customer service was some of the worst I have personally ever experienced. I come in to ship off some sneakers like I always do but this the first time coming to this location. While being on my lunch break I come to make a drop off with no one in the building . I didn’t have tape on my shipment which usps normally packages my items for me. She tells me she can’t tape it for me and proceeds to tell me I have to pay $6 for for a total of 10 inches of tape. Upset I leave and decided to go to my old location. With this being my last day to ship I come back because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else during my break. I buy the tape . At this point there’s a line. I wait 10 minutes to get back to the front and with me rushing I didn’t get to tape the box. She the. Makes me wait another 10 minutes. The WORST experience I have ever experienced at a usps.

The lady was super rude with me and the girls before me.
Very unprofessional, angry and bad attitude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this location.

Was told in a letter that what I shipped out, a bunch of graphic novel books, did not qualify for media mail, even though media mail specifies that it can include books over 8 pages long. Never told me which of my packages of books was the one inspected and therefore reclassified into a much more expensive shipping category. I had also wrapped up everything nicely for a customer and had a personalized note that was likely ripped apart in their inspection. Extremely frustrating. I cannot fathom why only certain genres of books can qualify for media mail, and why such information was never relayed to me after I told them that, what was in the box, were books. Now I have to deal with exorbitant fees over something so trivial. I will never be returning to this location again. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be choosing USPS as a shipment company ever again if I can help it.

Will not return to this location. Arrived around 1145 and was rudely told she would not help me since so close to her beloved lunch time. Just needed a stamp. Been there other times and treated like I was a bother. No smile, no personality. Felt like she just didnt like me for some reason.
Actually went to another location and was treated like a champ. The post office in Fredericksburg was fantastic. Go there... Dont settle for someone who doesnt care. Id rather even go way out to Locust Grove just to avoid her. Looks like Im not alone, other reviews state similar views. USPS. you have a problem at this location.

Open time is 10:00, waited until 10:40 and no one ever showed up to open. Not a holiday, just a random Wednesday.

Worst customer service ever, only one slow worker at the window on Christmas time.

I had an extremely frustrating experience here. I called ahead because I needed to complete a change of address. Having moved three times this year, USPS required me to verify my identity in person. Over the phone, I was told that all I needed to bring was my ID. However, upon arrival, I provided my ID and explained what I was instructed to do, but the staff member insisted I needed an additional document from their list.
I explained my situation—that I couldn’t provide a secondary proof of address because I’m not financially responsible for any accounts and have nothing in my name (no lease, insurance, or bills) Instead of offering any guidance, the staff member dismissed my explanation and told me my financial situation wasn’t her problem. While technically true, her dismissive attitude and lack of assistance were disheartening.
To make matters worse, she did not return my ID after the interaction. I had to reach over the counter to retrieve it myself. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to seek a more helpful USPS office.

This is a small post office inside the mall. Go in the doors between Macy's and JC Penny.

The USPS office is located inside the Spotsylvania Town Center mall
It is specifically situated between the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Sub-Station and H&R Block. It is a small post office with one employee who is not the friendly type. So, if you have a lot of mail to ship, do not choose this office.

Arrived here, 15 minutes before the closing time for lunch and was told I could not be helped even though I just had a pre packed item. I would recommend going to a different location if you are trying to go during during your lunch break, etc..

Waited with several others at 135 with a sign that says closed until 115. I get the lunch breaks but should return when they are supposed to.

Delivery mail to 22407 sucks. Wrong mail delivered consistently. And arrow on boxes don't seem difficult to understand. Arrow up on box is a bit important especially for plants. Why is this so complicated? Guess just ignorance along with packages being thrown or dropped onto porch by the loser driver who also drives like a speed demon through the development tearing up people's mail box areas. I can only imagine how many post office vehicles this fool tears up. Not a care in the world from this fool. Come on USPS ... do you just hire anyone?? Some D.C convict mentality looking fool delivering in Spotsylvania?
