This is my favorite salon ever! It is always beautifully decorated for each season, Daniela and her staff are amazing and the customer service is outstanding…AND my hair always looks fabulous. I get a cut and color every 6 weeks and I have never left without feeling beautiful! I can’t say enough great things about Vanity!!

It was a very nice experience getting my hair cut @Vanity with Cassandra yesterday. She was very polite and explained me what my hair needs and what not. Didn't try to oversell me anything and that's a great quality. Would definitely recommend going here and will be back for my next hair cut.

Really good. I went there and they offered me a soda as soon as I sat down. The haircut was rather fun too as your barber will have conversations with you and the best part is that it is very cheap for what you get!!

I had an appointment for a haircut. I am very pleased with the results. Stylist Cassandra took the time to hear how I wanted my hair cut. She evened out the layers from a previous bad haircut. My hair looked so nice that I made an appointment for haircoloring.

I had a first time visit with Cassandra last week, going from stick straight long hair to a short cut. Cassandra gave me a great cut, even accounting for the terrible cowlick that goes up the back of my head. I have great confidence in going back! I enjoyed my first visit with Cassandra. She's great, I loved my hair she did highlights and lowlights. I will be going back to see Cassandra. The price was better too. The visit was great all around.

This is the worst haircut of my life! I have to be completely honest, my haircut looks like it was cut by someone who just started learning to cut hair .With that said, the the salon was nice and my hairstylest had a light touch, which I very much appreciated yet as she was cutting I could feel how it was not being cut properly. At no point did I feel or see her section my hair off, yet alone take her time to perfect the cut. I didn't want to say anything while I was there because I did not want to be that client that gives the stylist a hard time. During my visit I didn't feel comfortable yet I tried to brush it off as best as I could. I'm truly speechless if my hairstylist at any point thought the haircut she gave me was a good one.The next day I had to wash my hair because the style did not hold at all and I needed to examine what my hair really looked like. My hair looks worse then when I needed a cut. I can feel how choppy the ends are and how heavy the cut is overall. The ends look roughly chopped, very harsh and then the front of my hair wasn't cut at all so I look like I have two different cuts. The front of my hair looks soft and the back just looks harsh as if somone just cut it from a ponytail and did not go back to fine tune, remove weight and shape it. It truly makes me wonder what and how this happened?! I didn't ask for a complex cut, I just said I wanted a long bob and even showed her photos. Makes me even wonder if it was done purposely or she made a mistake and didn't know how to correct it. Second, while I was in her chair she did not use any productsor ask about my hair routine or made any comments or suggestions. She did not ask me when was my last haircut, (what a consultation for a first time client) This was conerning, honestly I should of gotten up from the chair before she started cutting and just paid her for her time. Even the shampoo experience was uncomfortable and my neck was in an awkward position. She did not ask me if I was comfortable or if the water temperature was good.Now that I think about it the entire experience felt rushed. Now I have pieces longer then the others, this haircut has no dimension and it'sjust plain horrible. I'm extremely disappointed and will have to find a new salon to fix the haircut. I don't understand what was the problem?! Was it a lack of education or was it done on purpose? Because it sure makes me feel that way. I'm extremely disappointed, what is also disappointing is the salon most likely will read this review and ignore it.
