We made a quick stop to pick up a Bluetooth speaker on a gift certificate. While I was looking at the displays Braxton asked my wife what I was looking for, ran to the back, brought one out and asked if it was what I was looking for. Right brand of but I wanted the larger speaker so I could zero out the gift card. He (Braxton) went and grabbed the larger one. We were in as and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Great service - BEST EVER.

Pretentious rude staff. Antiquated policies regarding help for a college student's phone (on her dad's plan, she's not an authorized user, there are 4 phones on the plan and you can only have 3 authorized users). In addition, asked how often she drops it (one minor crack in corner of screen protector on 2 yr old phone), and then they giggle. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Thanks Verizon, glad I switched.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don't even deserve one star. Absolutely lousiest customer service you can imagine. I literally waited there for three hours. They have two people working. This is unacceptable. No one even came to help. I literally needed something that took me probably 20 minutes at most. The employees were literally standing around with customers who had no idea what they wanted. And the employee just literally stood there staring at that person. They could've taken care of other customers while that customer decided what they wanted. Instead they could have an express line to take care of immediate problems. Not even apologetic and they were quite rude when I asked them if someone could help me a little bit sooner. Please don't ever go here..

Staff are handing the COVID thing professionally. Set up an appointment before you come. Checkin outside when you get there. Staff wearing masks. Parking easy as spaces are reserved now for Verizon shoppers only. Received good service from customer service reps today. Just wish that Verizon could have helped us over the phone. To difficult a process to reset a pin.

A while back I was having phone issues so the person I that was helping me told me they ordered a new one and I would have to be home to sign for it on a particular day. I took off work early to be home to receive it and it was a no show. I called Verizon customer service only to find out it was never ordered. About a year ago I was there looking for a tablet, little kids had the tablets hogged up playing even after trying to jump in and look at the tablets, after 10 minutes enough was enough. It should have been obvious to any half way observant staff the kids were just playing and I was an actual customer looking to buy one. Gave another chance (mid July 2020) and once again I regret it! Ordered a new phone thru the Verizon website (S20+) and chose to pick it up at this location. Bought a case for the phone. When I asked about transferring everything over to the new phone and activating it I was told they are no longer doing that at the store to minimize the amount of time being in the store. I just spent $800+ between the phone and case! I live in the sticks where my phone is my only communication with the outside world including internet which I explained to the person! If there is an issue I'm stuck making another trip which is a 40 minute drive each way! Rules are guidelines but there are always exceptions! It's still sitting in the box and likely won't leave there till I take it back or sell it!

Horrible experience the last week with Doug and Verizon store in Fredericksburg. Totally lack of customer service from the beginning. No follow up phone call to let me know that my order was cancelled. Now it been over a week and between Doug and Verizon i still do not have a phone. I will be using the Stafford store in the future.

Gabriel provides the worse service I have ever received. I made the mistake to come to the Central Park Location after work. Unprofessional!!! Do yourself a favor do not go to this location. I bought the phone but he was too " busy" to turn it on and told me I could set it up at home.

We had to get new phones and Bernard was wonderful to deal with. He took the time to explain the different phones and set everything up with a smile and great attitude. Best experience ever getting cell phones.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Verizon store. I went in to get my phone upgraded and the man helping me kept disappearing for 10 minutes at a time to send emails!!! The workers were incredibly dismissive of me and my friend and all we wanted to do was upgrade my phone. Finally he gave us a new phone and when I asked for help setting it up he told me that it would take forever I he helped me and that I should go somewhere else and get it taken care of there. The best part of my trip to the Verizon store was Thomas telling me to go across the street to the experimax store where they would help me.

I have done nothing about my phone yet. I was spitting mad when I posted the first comment and forgot his other ridiculous comments. I switched to Message+ when I bought this phone. Getting messages to download and send have been so frustrating. I told the guy at this store that I had very slow service at our house, under 3 mpbs. Yes really! He did not acknowledge any surprise. Without ever taking my phone out of my hand, he looked at my storage, which I told him was NOT the problem. He ignored me and then said 'you have plenty of storage". So then I asked if he could please look at the settings, as I may have set something wrong. At this point he referred to the business card he gave me, told me to get in touch with them. When I questioned slow upload and download with the Message+, he said he didn't know, he used the original Message program. And my speed problem was also probably hardware. Oh I am just fuming again. What a line of BS to feed me. oh it's the hardware...what a 'dip...stick' Why do you have to suck so bad Verizon? Could he have become such an a...hole because I told him I bought it at Costco. Those people are always spot on, epic when it comes to manners, totally about customer service. Is the guy at your large, mega square footage store actually a Costco flunkie? That would not surprise me at all.

We have been to this location a number of times. We have become an iPhone family. Today we had the pleasure of having Andy help us out. He was great! Took his time with us and gave us everything we asked for. We were there about 2 hrs and not once did he make us feel like we were using up his time. The best part-he remembered us from a year ago! That made my daughters day We highly recommend Verizon in Central Park and if you too have the pleasure of working with Andy, you will be in good hands!

Verizon wireless service RUN AWAY AS FAST As you can! They bill 30 days in advance and when I cancelled service they withdrew payment from my account without authorization. When I called I was told a refund if any was due will be refunded to me in 60 days. They are thieves! As I said RUN away and give your business to a reliable and trustworthy business no the thieves at Verizon wireless!!!!
