Disappointed. Wrote an honest review on the leading search engine that has mysteriously disappeared regarding my experience at the Verizon Store in Central Park Fredericksburg location. Nothing violating their policy, however, Verizon does spend an erroneous amount of advertising money with this search engine. So much for objective and honest. At least Yelp will post the reviews as written. I was with Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios for years. Recently they made a decision to increase my wireless rates 10% to force me to upgrade to a new more expensive Unlimited Plan with less features. I believe this was due to Hulu and Disney price increases and Verizon feeling the need to pass the costs onto its' customer base with older wireless plans where these were included free of charge as long as you kept the existing plan. When Verizon reached out to me regarding my review on this search engine, I was asked to complete their survey so they could look into this matter further. I was happy to accommodate and give a fair assessment of the situation I was put in and how I feel profits were placed above customer service and satisifaction for myself and others with the same plan I had. I completed the survey and never heard back. Not surprised. If they looked into the account as well as the article posted on CNET in February of 2024 regarding Verizon price increases I included in my review, it was obvious there was no response they could offer. It is difficult to beat the truth.

You cannot drop off equipment at this location, even though Google states you can. Please don’t waste your time. 1953 Daniel Stuart Square, Woodbridge, VA to drop off equipment in this area.

Got there at 6:55pm, they told me they can’t update new phones after 7pm, they close at 8pm. They denied me. I also found out they charge $29, I am starting to regret moving from AT&T where it’s free and I practically needed to beg the AT&T staff to take a tip. No tips for Verizon!!

As a Verizon customer with many lines for 20 years I'm appalled!!We waited to get checked in and my wife who has a medical condition asked to use their restroom and literally was told NO that she would have to go to Panera and use their restroom.What is wrong with people?? They clearly do not deserve our business any longer. Customer service has reached a new all time LOW!!

Crazy long waits. Worth it??? Unsure. Do it online, call VZW. Go to an authorized dealer. Never waited less than 45-60 minutes. The folks are nice and give you 100% attention. It's a double edge sword. Wait for the service or get it online

this Verizon store is about 5 miles from my local Verizon store , I must say this is the second time they've resolved my issue with my Device & iam truly greatful for that however I can't give the customer service 5 stars nobody acknowledge me as I came in for my 5pm appointment i.was invisible man ,it was a long 4 hour wait thankfully a female employee was very generous, and patient with me she resolved all my concerns

I'm gonna explode!! I should have listened to that little voice in my head. However I went and did it anyway, thinking if I actually went to a legit Verizon store. I won't have a repeat experience a waze back that made me switch to AT&T. So I came back because I wanted to upgrade my Note9. I decided to go with the s22ultra because it was the closest thing to the Note series. I basically just stood there while the sale person rang up my phone. I was then told that we had to speed things up by another employee because he had to close. The sales person said I would have to transfer info from one phone to the other. I asked when the phones would switch from AT&T to Verizon. He told me once I transfer everything over. We'll, no sooner then I pulled out onto Route 3. My phone service was shut off. The phone was simply not performing the way it should. Battery life is horrible and gets hot. It randomly just does what ever it wants or doesn't work at all. I eventually had time and I went back to the main store in Centra Park. I was simply seeking help on how to fix the issues I was having. After spending almost 2 hour with a young lady. Nothing was accomplished. After nearly 2 hours with this young lady who to be honest was polite and sincere. She apologized for not knowing how to fix my phone which she admitted that I wasn't the only one having issues.*** I have a update. I called customer service and they made me a appointment with the store to help fix my issues. I couldn't believe what he said as I got frustrated. Told me to try Geek Squad over at Best Buy because they know about new models.Update 11/12/23*** I'm at the point of giving up. I now have my 3rd phone and for some reason it just doesn't work correctly. I can't get anyone at this store to help me fix or tell me it's another bad phone. Nobody responded to my last review. I'm assuming that will happen again. I suppose I'm gonna spend the money and pay it off and get a different phone. I honestly can't blame a store for a model that so many people are having trouble with. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase a s22ultra.

Everyone in this store was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Except the person I got stuck with. I’m not sure if Justine was just having a really bad day or if she is just hateful to everyone. She snapped at me a couple times when asking her to clarify something. She was even rude to a co worker that came to ask if she needed anything, telling him ‘No, why would I?’ He seemed real nice and helpful, wish I got him instead. Looks like I’ll be driving to a different store that wants my business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Was assisted by the manager who was chewing gum while talking and had zero patience to answer questions. Copped an attitude halfway through when asked a question, then went in ghetto mode. This person shouldn’t be in customer service and certainly isn’t fit to be a manager!!

Dropped in for help activating an unlocked cell phone. Despite a visit on Saturday afternoon, we were helped immediately and were in our way after just a few minutes.

We made a quick stop to pick up a Bluetooth speaker on a gift certificate. While I was looking at the displays Braxton asked my wife what I was looking for, ran to the back, brought one out and asked if it was what I was looking for. Right brand of but I wanted the larger speaker so I could zero out the gift card. He (Braxton) went and grabbed the larger one. We were in as and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Great service - BEST EVER.

Employee helps us out significantly! Finally a Verizon store that helps out customers. The employee that helped us out did have the personality of a pencil eraser though.
