I am a Realtor who represented the buyers on a recent purchase. Due to complications, we switched to Verus at the 11th hour since they were the seller's title company. To say we were on a very tight deadline is an understatement. I was impressed and grateful for Lisa's determination! She worked diligently and, as the result of her tenacity and her cooperation with the lender, we closed before our deadline!!! Thank you, John and Lisa!!!

I have worked with Verus Title on a few of my closings and I have always been satisfied with their service. They are always professional and keeps me posted on the process. When there is an issue, they contact me immediately and let me know what needs to be done. All my closings have been on time as they work seamlessly with the lender and agent on the other side of the transaction. I would also like to thank my amazing processor, Cassandra Byrd. She is definitely an asset to Verus Title and I enjoy working with her. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this title company.

Awful company to work with. Please pick another title company. Made our closing extremely difficult and stressful. We made it through with the help of friends. Almost a year later they call for money back that they accidentally sent a check for. The poor buyer did not have his property taxes paid because they sent the money to me instead of the county saying I overpaid so I had no idea. Then threatened me with legal action if I didn’t pay them immediately. Terrible service and would never use them again!!

Verus was great to work with. I recently sold and purchased a home using Verus for both closings. Everyone was very professional and helpful. They were very flexible in scheduling the closings since I am currently on baby watch. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had Verus support the closing on my home re-finance. Penelope and the rest of the team from Verus were on their game! Everything was timely, professional, and nothing became a crisis. Verus does house calls for closing and Penelope was on time and had my closing completed in under 30 minutes! Service after the closing in receiving documents was just as Penelope described too.
