Volume 11 Music is a super cool and awesome local store described as music heaven. It is a hub for guitars and drums with an outstanding selection of instruments and gear. The owner is noted as very knowledgeable, down to earth, really cool, and always helpful. The staff are kind, genuine, and provide customer service like no other, focusing completely on the individual. They go above and beyond, offering great in-house services like setups with excellent turnaround time. If something is not in stock, they will order it. The teachers and instructors are also great. Customers recommend the store for its variety at decent prices and the exceptional, comfortable service, recommending it to all fellow musicians.
Super cool store, the owner is a down to earth guy. Took my fender cyclone in for a restring and setup, plays exactly how I want it to and couldn’t ask for a better turn around time. If you want to find a local music store that has variety at a decent price, shop here!
