The girls at the front counter are my absolute favs!!! Gail... the othe names escape me but they are all evening and the best!!! When there's a line they immediately call for backup and are so friendly and professional!!! The only complaint I have is there is depleted inventory on items I purchase regularly so I've had to start going to CVS and Giant for things like my hairspray and foundation... I swear I thought they were closing due to all the empty shelves but they're still open... so I'm glad I can still go to get my dog treats and visit with the evening girls! ☺️

BEWARE!!!! I'm not sure what the pharmacist is up to, but I just know it's not right. Why they ignore both my insurance companies. Transferred my perception to a Walgreens Medicare. When I called Walgreens Medicare, they wanted to know about payment. This was very disturbing all of the things the pharmacist made me go through for what (money?). My insurance kept saying no copay and no prior authorisation. Still, the pharmacist wanted now a Medicare form. My doctor didn't even understand that one. Then, the pharmacist wanted a resolution center to get my medical records. Um, why? My both insurance still kept saying zero copay. So enough is enough. I called another Walgreens, and he said he was not sure what original Walgreens was doing all those things. He gave me my prescription that day. Zero copay. I also witnessed other things that made no sense. With my self and other customers. I hope the store manager investigates this. I think it's bigger than it looks. There's so much more to say. But I gotta go. Don't trust everyone in the professional world.

the worst pharmacy in Fredericksburg . It takes them 3-7 days to fill anything. Avoid! whenever they get around to wanting to do it.

I was from North Carolina and had my pain medication sent to this pharmacy. I was in Fredericksburg because Hospice had told us that my mom was expected to die within the next 24-36 hours. I was at the facility with my mom, and I called the pharmacy to make sure the my prescription was in and told her why I was in town. She said my prescription was in so I told her I was on my way to pick it up. This was a 40 minute round trip. When I arrived, they said they couldn’t give it to me because their policy (at their particular store), was different than others Walgreens who allowed 3 days to pick up. Then when I came to pick it up the next day, it still hadn’t been filled and had to wait another 20 minutes plus on this day it was a 1 hour round trip from where I was staying. If they had just said something over the phone on the first day, all of this could have been avoided. Also if Walgreens could keep a consistent policy between stores this would have given me 2 more hours to be with my dying mom. Which now I have lost forever. Thanks a lot Walgreens for your great support!

Worst pharmacy. Moved my prescriptions to Walgreens at 50 white Oak Rd, Fredericksburg, VA. I get there for Covid-19 vaccine, waiting about 30 minutes still not get ready, the lady was not professional, I just canceled my appointment.(Translated by Google)Worst pharmacy ever. Rapid testing is done via the drive thru. They must book too many people at once as there was a long line and it moved very slowly. I had over an hour wait. It took 8 minutes to even get the testing materials. Averaging 10 minutes per vehicle is way too long given the huge line. I have been to CVS a few times and it's so quick and about 5 minutes.

Used to be great service and I know too many people aren't working these days but sucks when given time parameters as to when a prescription soul be ready it it takes 2 additional trips befits its done...mind you I have them more then double time of what they originally estimated.

Worst pharmacy. Moved my prescriptions to Walgreens at 50 white Oak Rd, Fredericksburg, VA. I was the only person in drive thru at 10 am. I waited 10 mins and then backed up and drove forward to ring the bell. Then 5 mins later I get thanks for your patience over speaker. 20 mins later a person finally came to window. Let me reminder you I was the only person in line and the parking lot was empty. No greeting no sorry for the wait and then to top it off. I did not receive a thank you. Called Walgreens Corporate office which showed me that the problem is the training from the top down. Save your time and money and find a new pharmacy. Any organization that treats customers so poorly Should NOT be in business!

This morning I had to drop off a Fed ex package at the Walgreens on White Oak Road in Fredericksburg va. It was a large box and i put it in a cart .... upon taking it half way back to the Fed EX office I was yelled at by a woman behind the register not to take it back there ..... She had a long line at her register and said it needed to be brought to her .... Since it was already labeled and ready to go I simply rolled the cart to the side of the register and left it ... That is what a drop off is .... so I thought..... She started yelling I needed to wait in line for her to scan it in ....I left it there and told her to scan when she had time I was just dropping it off .... She chased me out to the parking lot and said she was not taking it ..she set it behind my truck and I moved it and again tried to get away from her ...... I attempted to get away by backing up and she tried shoving the box at me thru my window ..... It fell out of the truck on the ground ... I drove away from her and she took my box to the dumpster area .
