There is a reason why this Pharmacy has a 2.8 rating. They are incompetent and inept. I asked for an override on a prescription. They informed me they could not do it. This was after Tricare and Express Script informed me that Walgreen was responsible for the override. The representative at Tricare informed me that their insures have more problems at Walgreen than any other pharmacy and recommended that I use another pharmacy. I just transferred all my prescriptions to CVS. Thanks for reading - I hope this helps.

Customer: What is the price of the drug?
Walgreen employee: In my 30 years of experience, the next question is always, 'how much is the drug'?

Absolutely horrible experience with the pharmacy here. I spent over a month trying to have a script sent over from cvs with cvs confirming they contacted the pharmacy here multiple times and each time being told by Walgreens that the script was not received. After multiple times being placed on 15-20 minute calls I am simply fed up with this location, look elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

Today was the final straw for the Walgreens on Rollingwood drive. The pharmacy is always understaff and backed up and today I ran in to the nastiest clerk they have hired, I haven't seen her before today. She told me after waiting in line for 15 minutes that the pharmacist had to approve my prescription and I would be good to go. I heard my name called and I went up to the counter and she screamed at me twice to get to the back of the line. I was just making sure that my daughter's prescription would be ready along with the other medication. There was a lady that was so nice and she said you can go in front of me since you have been here for a while. I told her no but I appreciated her kindness. I wouldn't suggest using this pharmacy for anything. The staff is rude because they're short staffed and I am sure nothing will be done to correct the unprofessionalism because they do need workers.

Pharmacy is God-awful. Ruth is the only competent employee here, but she can't do it alone! I have been trying for days to get my prescription transferred from here to CVS. Every time CVS calls, this pharmacy says I have no refills left. However, Walgreens emails/texts/calls me 1x a day to refill my prescription! So I did. Within minutes Ruth calls to say my insurance has expired so I would have to pay the cash price. Yes, I know. I am proving that I have refills left! My new insurance goes through CVS (a welcome change after all this hassle). I explain to Ruth that I have been trying to get that script transferred to CVS. She put a note to hold it for that purpose. That was 22 hours ago and CVS still can't get the info from this Walgreens location. I have been without the medicine I've been on since 2014 for 2 days now. This is so unacceptable.

Walgreens is a pharmacy and a convenience store. They have good prices on snacks, drinks and stuff you didn't know you needed. Swung by today for some batteries and a card. The staff was friendly and helpful, I was in and out in no time.

Nicole at the photo center provided exceptional service. I came in for a passport photo and was anticipating waiting until the next business day, little did I know I was walking out 5 minutes later with photos in hand. Excellent customer service.

I wish I can give negative 100 ⭐️ . The “Manager” is very unprofessional and does not have any way of greeting nor positive customer service… Definitely don’t recommend anyone going there…

Someone keeps picking up the phone and then placing me on hold with out without saying anything. After 20 minutes of waiting they hand up the phone. This has happened twice now ???????? Looks like this is a trend with this Walgreens based on reviews so someone needs to do an audit!
