I don't understand the poor reviews this Walmart Pharmacy has received! All of the pharmacists that I have spoken with have been very professional, kind, and have gone above and beyond to assist me with any issues that have come up with my prescriptions. I've had several complicated issues arise with prescriptions and doctors since February, and every one of these issues have been addressed in an efficient and timely manner. A special thanks and shout out to the Pharmicist Aleena!!!! But they are all great. The reason for the 4 stars is that their front facing customer service area appears to be disheveled at times, which causes a downward effect in efficiency and a lack of forward facing customer service.

Doesn't disclose they close for lunch. And then does not open back up on time. Big waste of 45 minutes!

I was 2 minutes after they closed to pick-up my baby medicine and they are helping someone else and when the person in the pharmacy see me said we are closed back tomorrow the pharmacy open at 9am is make me feeling very sad

With NO MENTION that they were backed up when I Checked In......I was told my order would b done in a half HR; Soo I went shopping 4 things I REALLY DIDN'T NEED; WHICH I WILL NEVA DO AGAIN, bc when I returned I was told that it would take ANOTHER half HR to 45min & Hit Wit the okie doke that they were behind, which wasn't stated when I came to check in!!!!I've been in Virginia for 6 years and never had any problems until they started hiring all of these black people, and yes black people are prejudice just as well towards their own kind; 2 dark skin guys hating on me cuz I'm a light skin guy!!!!!I AM AN EMPATH & I can tell by the theatrics and how the guy was nonchalant towards me that they had nothing else better to do but to sabotage me, bc the 1guy CHARGED me 4 my medication when I'm on MEDICAID....& EVERY1 KNOWS MEDICAID'S FREE!!!! ??♂️I will never spend my money waiting on the pharmacy again, and I will just make sure that I have other things to do before I come back from now on!Walmart loses out on sales because of the ignorance of their employees!!!! ?

They are busy but they always make time to answer questions. They always go above and beyond expectations. This is my go to pharmacy from now on. I understand why they are always busy. It isn't just low prices!! Even though their prices are the best! Service is far and above.

KEVIN WAS OUTSTANDING! Patient and kind staff over the phone and in person. Due to shortages my Dr has had to call in several alternative brands and they have been noting but nice. The staff helped me find the best price and never got frustrated or rushed me. Thank you for providing me with the level of pharmacy customer service I thought no longer existed. I should have switched my RXs over to this pharmacy a long time ago!

Possibly the WORST pharmacy experience ever.1 took 1 week to xfer scripts.. then never contacted.2 when I went to pick them up, one was flagged as interactive with another. Instead of follow up, had to wait 3 more days for my antibiotic for sinus infection while they played call the doctor. Oh, this is AFTER I called and was told everything was ready, with no problems3 lost prescriptions sent by doc office. Not really sure how that happens with electronic technology...4 picking up scripts takes at least 20-30 minutes... with 3 people in line in front of you.

I waited for 30 minutes in a line with only one cashier, there were multiple techs talking to each other and some were doing absolutely nothing. When I finally reached the counter I told the pharmacist I was here to pick up my prescription. She explained to me there was nothing ready, to my realization it was sent to a different Walmart, which was my fault for not realizing. After she told me that she said she could have it transferred to this pharmacy and have it ready in 20 minutes. I told her no it’s fine I can just pick it up at the other location. She replied “I already transferred it, i can’t undo it but I can mark it as critical and have it ready in 20 minutes if you wait.” I told her I had some shopping to do so that should be fine. After 45 minutes I come back to the counter after waiting in another 15 minute line. The tech proceeds to tell me my prescription is still not ready but he can mark it as critical as well. I replied, “they said that 45 minutes ago but it’s okay. I’ll just pick it up tomorrow.” He got rude with me and said well if there wasn’t a line I’d fill it right now. Maybe if all the employees did their jobs instead of talking to each other and fooling around this would be a good pharmacy. I have had numerous bad experiences at this pharmacy and I’ve only lived here for 6 months. I’ll be getting my prescriptions somewhere else from now on.

They never answer any phone calls. They have bad customer service. They never answer any questions and they don't help. My medications are missing.

I go thru drivethru because I can't go through store with my disability easily. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because sometimes it can be very long line and only one of the two drivethrus is available. Lately they have had both open which is great. I give higjer rating because of their accuracy with prescriptions, the eaae in which they have them available and in getting refills via my doctor office electronically. If you don't hear from them you just call and thet will do what they can to fix the problem. Its not perfect but way better than other drugstores ive been to.

Husband tried to use his debit card to pay for scripts and his chip doesnt work. Instead of letting my husband try 3 times and then swiping like all machines do, ANGELA kept hitting the retry button on her side. So after 6 failed attempts my husband calmly asks if he can try it his way to get to the swipe option, ANGELA got an attitude to which my husband just left. Completely rude and unnecessary. I work in retail and deal with card chips not working all the time. To get an attitude with someone trying to explain his chip doesn't work was completely uncalled for. then when I went back to get the scripts for my husband Angela thre all his scripts in one bag and the computer said 2 were picked up. Creating more work for the other woman (Zelda I believe)who rung me out cuz she had to redo the paperwork for them to be picked up.
