The regional manager was so rude as she told me even though my husband ordered something completely different that my husband should have delayed my 3 year olds party so their baker could make FURTHER alterations to a cake ordered over a week in advanced. After already paying. Things wrong:- Happy was supposed to be on top w/ birthday spawled across the bottom. -The white border around the photo wasn't requested - The words happy birthday aren't even centered and wasn't asked to be placed like that to begin with - The entire cake should have sprinkles. Not only can the staff not READ nor follow instructions they will literally blame you and expect you to bend over backwards on the day of your special event. I would give a -10 if I could based on the conversation with the manager.

The checkout process is smooth and it's nice that the computer doesn't talk to you. Availability of products is decent, my reason for 3 Stars is that I do not like the Walmart radio playing out in the parking lot. There's so much noise in the stores since they play the radio station, my preference is to have no radio system playing outside.

I just wanted to comment on the bakery!I wish I knew their names, but the ladies at the bakery are FANTASTIC. I want looking for a sheet cake, and one of the employees recommended me one of their party combo video game cake with cupcakesBest thing I ever tasted. It looked great and tasted great. Also pretty affordable, only a couple dollars more than the pre-made onesWill be going back for my other son's birthday!

I think this is a very good Walmart. I happened on it by chance. This little shopping center is behind the Murphy's Gas Station. So. I needed one or two items per usual. I was blown away by the excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and ...I got personalized attention from a Mr. Steve. Mr. Steve's knowledge of this Walmart exceeds his department knowledge. He claims to know the whereabouts of half the store. I feel he was being very modest. Whatever I asked for he not only knew where it was but he also guided me personally to the item. WOW. I'm impressed. An EPIC Experience! This is the very first time I was able to quickly navigate through the store, locate my items and check out well within 20 min. Yah. I'll definitely return and bring friends...

If you like being treated like an inconvenience by unprofessional people, waiting for service that might never come, standing in long lines to checkout or wasting time scanning your own items and being harassed because Walmart prices are ALWAYS wrong and not getting any ethical, honest response from the store manager, this is the Walmart for you! Skip this one and go to any of the other ones in the FRED area (Central Park, Village Pkwy or even South Point) but this one is not it! Don't bother calling either because it they don't answer and when they do, just put you on hold until you hang up! Better yet, you could just go to Target where they actually appreciate your money

I'm currently not able to drive so I have been relegated to placing orders for delivery and this is the absolute WORST store to get an order from. They use a delivery service with drivers that don't show up and mark orders as delivered, deliver to neighbors' addressed, or hang up on you when you call the store asking for help with a delivery order. I have had a driver come by the house, slow down and then drive off, and a minute later I got a notification my order was delivered. He never got out of the car. I called the store to ask for help and they contacted the service I guess because while I was on the phone, the same car pulled into the ditch, the guy ran up and dropped the bags on the sidewalk, took a photo then drove off. Half the time the store phone just goes to voicemail or if you call the main line asking for delivery/pickup help they transfer to any department and hang up. You get ZERO help from them. I had the corporate customer service call them to take issue with the delivery phone number just hanging up without connecting to a person and the "Store Manager" called me to say they missed the order but would send it over. 12 hours later I get an email saying the order was cancelled - no warning no explanation. The prices may be cheaper on some items but you will waste more time and money trying to get what you ordered - shop somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Do not do pick up from this Walmart unless you want to wait over an hour for them to bring out your groceries. Not a one time thing either. This is the third time I have waited well over an hour.

Went inside for the first time in 9 months. BIG MISTAKE. Even though there is a state mandate and the policy of Walmart to wear a mask there were customers not wearing them. The greeter was not stopping mask less people. Two cashiers had theirs pulled down under their noses. Both fixed it when I said something (I have an auto-immune condition) but one told me corona would disappear when the election was over. Seriously? That it was a hoax. Maybe Walmart should raise their hourly pay scale and hire better quality staff. Managers train your staff better please. I will not be returning to this Walmart...

Went to Walmart today and spent over $100 (store #2520). As I was leaving, a Walmart employee named Steven (possibly?, older man in yellow vest that thinks he's an officer and his manager "Eric" didn't want to give his name when I complained) stops me and asks for my receipt. I politely tell him "no thank you" because he doesn't have the right to inspect my items I now own after purchase and I proceed to leave. He proceeds to follow me as I take my OWNED items and tells me I must present my receipt before I can leave. I tell him he has no right to harass me unless he suspects I stole something. At this point I own my items and his job is to "observe and report" not detain a customer that did nothing wrong. To avoid the ordeal that he already brought attention to, I show my receipt. I show him my receipt and he scans it and goes through my bags. Not ok! Advice to Walmart... you cannot detain someone or false imprison them. You also cannot violate their privacy by going through their stuff they now own after checkout. If you suspect them, you call the appropriate authorities. Even your loss prevention dept does not have the right or authority to detain someone. Your "in-house policies" of checking receipts does not apply to the public because we do not contract with you. Your employees get paid to follow their contract, the public has nothing to do with it. If we are on your "personal property" shopping, you have to handle the situation as if an officer of the law came to my home and asked to inspect my property... guess what... you can't inspect my property as an officer of the law so your "Walmart receipt guy" can't either (unless you have a warrant)! This Walmart took it too far today and honestly Steven could be sued for taking his job too seriously and Walmart in general could have a class action law suit for detaining customers with no right and violating their privacy with no merit to search their owned belongings! It would be in your best interest to not harass customers and teach your staff the law and not to harass paying customers! Train your staff to not follow people and just leave that up to actual trained authorities when a crime is actually being committed. I have my receipt for my items I paid for and it is no one else's business what I purchased! Even if "Steven" had a badge, he'd have to have probable cause to pursue me and definitely could not tell me I have to show my receipt in order to leave the store. Luckily I was on my lunch break and had to get back for an appointment at work... because this situation could have been different. Stay in your lane Walmart!

Checkouts are always really long with barley any registers open. Basic Walmart experience outside of that. Management and csms seem indifferent to line length and take very little action to open registers quickly when lines get long.

Very helpful staff. I like the Great Value water with 9.5 or higher ph. None on shelf and asked Associate to check if any in back she got the case and I took the whole case. I hope the price never goes up on this water.
