So grateful for the staff at Wegmans Pharmacy. They are friendly, helpful and the pharmacists are accessible and go above and beyond to answer any questions I have. They are affordable, and I highly recommend them.

This is the best pharmacy in Fredericksburg. The staff is always accommodating for me when I’ve had certain requests, they are fast, they always pick up the phone, and the customer service is fantastic. I’m always so thankful for them and they do a great job! Thanks Wegmans!

I love going to Wegmans for our prescriptions. They always have our medication on hand unless they need to order it. Then it is 1 or 2 busy days . They have a text system to let you that they received the medication and texts you when it's ready for pick up too.

Wegmans Pharmacy in Fredericksburg has always been outstanding. The Pharmacists that I have dealt with have always been polite, knowledgeable, and answered my questions, no matter how dumb. The staff can be a little short - less than polite - on rare occasions but dealing with the sick public I would be as well. I have a choice of pharmacies and have chosen to stay with Wegmans.

I got a text to refill a prescription and could get it delivered for $1 more. I filed out the form online and the next week I got a text it didn’t like my credit card. I called and waited in a queue for over 5 minutes and got the clerk to put in my address. 2 weeks later I called again. After 10 minutes in the queue I got a very rude and hateful clerk who was very short in his answers . I called to see if it was shipped YES! He said. May I ask when? And he shouted a date, the date I called the first clerk.
Now I called the next week to check on how long it would be because I was taking a pill every other day because I was rationing them while I waited.
I’m told that this was the person (pharmacist I believe) who just placed it in the outbox. what? How is that not a coincidence that it’s not shipped but as I call you just put it in the outbox?
She asked if I would like to pick up instead because she sees I wanted it shipped a month ago. I told her my repeated calls and she asked “who was this?” I told her they don’t I.D. themselves on the phone. She just sighed and said she’ll talk with her staff.
Then get this. I go to pick up and the front desk girl just says, “nope, I ain’t got anything for you”. So I’m standing there saying it as in the outbox this morning but I called to pick up instead. She stares at the computer screen, “ nah haw, nope,”. So some other lady at another computer comes over opens up a drawer and hands her my prescription. My clerk rings it up and tells me the price with no apology. No acknowledging me. Very incompetent and rude employees at this pharmacy.
Recently Friday Nov 15 I get a text about a refill. I respond yes. I wait 1 week wondering why I haven’t received a response from the RX saying it ready for pick up. I call and the girl tells me it was shipped the day before Nov 21st and it’s priority meaning I should have gotten it. This is the 2nd problem I’ve had with getting my RX filled. I am 1 week without my pills. Yesterday Nov 24th I get a text with a tracking number…which hadnt been assigned yet because a label was just made. I have no idea when I will get my prescriptions from this pharmacy…3-4 weeks after I put in my request

Best Pharmacy I have ever used! Recently went to pick up a prescription that was supposed to for 90 days but filled for only 30 days. Explained to pharmacist we were going to be traveling for about 3 weeks, leaving in two weeks so I needed extra medication. Pharmacist right away got on the phone with my insurance carrier to get an over ride, then filled the remainder of my prescription. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time he took for me. Also the staff has always been friendly and helpful. This pharmacy is what I certainly look for in a good pharmacy, they are great!

Great and convenient pharmacy! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Read the negative comments. Really have nothing to do with whether the place is a good pharmacy or not. Just a bunch of attitude.

If there was an option for ZERO stars I would choose it. Shift Manager in the evening (lady type) asked to check everyone's ID and had the audacity to call one of us a child. Told us she was a Veteran and decided to argue with our service member spouses this evening after the Marine Corps Ball. If she wanted to argue with a service member she should've stayed active.
