Andre Jackson is the ONLY positive in dealing with Xfinity. When I took an Xfinity phone and phone plan they screwed the setup up so badly that I decided to go back to my previous carrier. Xfinity then had the audacity to place a charge against my debit card for restocking the phone I was never able to use due to their terrible service. Now, a month after everything was closed they've hit my card again for another unauthorized charge for what I have no idea.

Its another to send multiple of the exact same junk mail all on the same day.

use ANYONE but PAULA with xfinity ( Fredericksburg, Reston , stafford) location. She add double equipment to the my account and promoted equipment knowingly to her and the area it’s not compatible for my home . Added transfers fees when she activated my equipment she had from her car at my home. When activating she then activated the wrong address. She then attempted to fix it by adding transfer fees coming to my home and starting for two hours to change our WiFi password and setting us up with a new account. All in all the fees are upwards 200 dollars . She said the monthly payments would be 90-100 dollars . I put a deposit down when I met her at my complex signing my lease I added 100 dollars on my account. I’ve only have the account for barely a month . the total bill is 310.0. Paula was finally reachable after I told her I would cancel the service after she occurred all of these fees and errors done by her and xfinity after she made 4 broken promises of fixing and crediting the account. She told me to go to a different company and hung up . I will be my terminating my account after paying these ridiculous fees . Better to go through your cellphone provider

Went in around 230 to ask if we could bring our router in to cancel since we are moving the following day and they said yes, they close at 7pm. Super nice and informative guy.
Since we had dinner plans across the street at 7pm (the supposed closing time), got to Xfinity at 6:46pm and the grates were pulled down and all employees were getting in there cars leaving for the night. Super big bummer for them to close earlier than stated by the hours of operation.

**EDIT** Walked in today to the location and caught the manager who knew nothing about the exchange with his employee who blew me off. Dude seemed absolutely sincere and had the issue fixed in 20 minutes. For that, his service, and his attitude, I'm upping it to four stars. He also seemed pretty incensed about the employee and would have a rather nasty talk with him. Told me to follow up in a week. I still think their call centers are hives of scum and villainy. Go into a store. Grab the boss. It'll save time. ***/END EDIT*** Quite possibly the worst, most apathetic, and ignorant (or dishonest) service I've ever experienced with a carrier. My wife and I were on an international vacation, activated our global travel pass, and made SURE countries where our phones were on were on the pass. At some point, before entering Andorra and after leaving the country, our phones pinged one of their towers WHEN IN SPAIN. I've been trying to get over $700 in charges removed. We did not use our phones in-country. We did not download data in-country. 1) Almost a month ago, the manager of this store was on leave. A rep told me that he's elevate the issue to the manager and they would follow up. Nothing. 2) Called their customer service line, and after 10 minutes of "I don't want to speak with a 'virtual' rep," I finally got someone. They told me the charges would get taken care of. Nothing. 3) I just returned to the store to speak with their manager. The person did not even have the decency or professionalism to get off their ass in the back and assist me. They sent some rep. I want to reiterate: their manager is so worthless that they could not come out to do their job. 4) The rep gave me ANOTHER number which doesn't even cover cellphones. Worthless. 5) Called again the SAME NUMBER that sent me to an overseas callcenter. The virtual "assistant" just hung up on me. Xfinity's service is set up to maximize their ability to ignore customers. In-person staff can talk up a sale, but you'd be more likely to find less frustration with literally any other carrier. Do not activate anything with this deplorable company. Do not do business with a location where a manager cannot even get up off their lazy ass long enough to deal with a rightly furious customer. Worthless.

This is a good location which is in Central Park Fredericksburg Virginia across from Spotsylvania Mall. They seem willing to help their customers, which today seems rare!

I signed up for 2-year deal and when I went down there to turn my stuff in they told me I had a 3-year plan which I never heard of then they started charging me over $220 for my service and I didn't have but basic cable what a rip off I'll never use them again! Plus they mess with your internet service a lot times and you have to reconnect due to the fact that they a just the speeds in the office!Daniel
