This is a good location which is in Central Park Fredericksburg Virginia across from Spotsylvania Mall. They seem willing to help their customers, which today seems rare!

I signed up for 2-year deal and when I went down there to turn my stuff in they told me I had a 3-year plan which I never heard of then they started charging me over $220 for my service and I didn't have but basic cable what a rip off I'll never use them again! Plus they mess with your internet service a lot times and you have to reconnect due to the fact that they a just the speeds in the office!Daniel

I was just in the store. The young man that helped me was kind, informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to solve my issue so quickly. Very impressed with my service. I highly recommend xfinity and Comcast

Gave me $700 trade in credit for my phone 2 months ago. I trade it in. Now I receive an email telling me that I will not be receiving the credit and they will be keeping my phone. This store literally stole an iPhone 12 from me. Won’t give me the phone back and won’t give me the $700 credit promised in the contract. Don’t do business here ignorant low IQ people. There’s a reason they don’t make much per hour

The store is great, the employees were respectful, kind, and most importantly helpful. Had some modem troubles and was able to do an exchange no issue, in and out in a few minutes. Having to deal with customer service on the phone was a bit dreadful I must say, but the problem was eventually resolved. Patience is certainly a virtue. In any case, if I ever need hardware assistance I'll be sure to stop by the store.

The chat link is garbage. No one ever responds. We have been having trouble with our cable for over 2 weeks now, every since they worked on some boxes up the street. Every time I call xfinity I get nothing but the automated service. You can't talk to a human. Every time I turn on my TV I have to go through unplugging and plugging boxes, trouble shooting, arguing with the automated service. It's absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money we pay this company !!

When I got my new phone at this Xfinity store in Fredericksburg the guy told me that he put my SD card in the phone. I found the SD card in the bottom of the bag under the cardboard. He could have just told me that the phone didn't take a SD card. I guess some people will do anything to make sure they get a sale.

My experience with the sales clerks were fine, even good. Unfortunately XFinity still has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, save for AOL back in the day, and possibly Bank of America. The XFinity assistant still has multiple issues from my perspective and I continue to have issues with the service since I got them here in Virginia about a month ago. Sadly I have no alternatives.

Received the wrong item in the mail due to employee entering wrong information on my first visit. when I brought it back to the store I was told to give them another 760$ for them to fix the mistake and that my refund for the first phone would come in 10 days after I sent the phone back. To which I declined, opted to send the phone back, get the refund and come back in a week. They apologized and told me they would speak to the ASM to help make up for the issue as well as hold a phone for me when the next shipment came(3 days later). Upon my 3rd visit for this phone, I enter to employees standing around which I was excited for no wait. The 3 of them then actively point and argue in front of me who was going to handle my purchase. After the employee openly complained he had to work, I explaining what happened prior. After he looked in the back, I was told they sold the phone they told me they would hold for me and that I’d have to order a new phone to be shipped to my house in another 2 days that I could bring back to the store for them to help turn it on. But dont worry he reassured me vigorously that he wasn’t the one who sold the phone on hold, had to be someone else. Obviously I chose to leave and not order a phone.3 trips to the store, 2.5 hrs wasted standing around their store, and a trip to fed ex. All to get a phone I still don’t have ? hell of a Christmas song xfinity
