Our credit card got stuck while on our first day in town whole visiting from out of state. Apparently it was not the first credit card that day that got stuck at one of the pumps, seems like they need to switch to tap to pay since this sounds like an ongoing inconvenience to people

I have a service dog and I came in with my dog to use the bathroom and park my semi truck for the night and the man working behind the counter kept yelling at me about no pets in the store and told me I had to leave and I said I understand no pets but a service animal is different and there are signs that say service animals are allowed in stores

Guy at the register said they take WEX FLEET CARD for truck disel so I pumped 160 gallons. Then I go inside to pay and when he tried to run the fleet card he "couldn't get the card to go through." So he asked me to pay with credit card. The discount price on the fleet card was .57 cents per gallon which comes out to 91 dollars extra that I had to pay because he could get his machine to take the card when he initially said it does take it. I think they are scamming truckers to pay full price for disel and pretending the card won't go through.

I stopped into this location to grab gas and a Red Bull or two. The sign said Red Bull were 3 for $8 (in essence, buy two get one free) or $3.89 each. I grabbed 3 of them plus $45 of fuel prepaid in cash.
I was charged $3.99 each times 3. I didn't catch that I didn't get the free one until I was counting my change while my gas pumped and realized I didn't get enough back. I walked back in and pointed out the error and asked if he could refund me the $12 and re-ring them for the $8 price. He refused. He said that because had walked outside already "the law" said he couldn't do that. My fuel was still pumping. I hadn't left the premises. I don't know if any law that would stop that from being allowed. It was confusing and frustrating. In going back to check the sign I also noticed the $0.10 price discrepancy even without the sale.
It's not the end of the world. It's only $4. But it's obnoxious and I didn't understand the employee refusing to correct the oops.
I'm also confused at how I was at above a half a tank of fuel yet my car apparently accepted the entire 12 plus gallons when I definitely do not have a 24 gallon tank.... I had been expecting needing to go back inside for a refund of some of the prepaid cash. But. I can ignore that as long as it doesn't become a trend ar this gas station

Truck drivers do not stop here at all. The owners do not honor fuel card discounts, which they promote. Not a friendly atmosphere

Don't give the discounts that all other 7-11 stores give. I know it's not alot but I always buy the same things 3.00 higher!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I went in after work and asked for gas on a certain pump. The attendant did not acknowledge me at all and stood there pointing to the card reader for me to swipe. Typically I can see which pump the attendant selected on the screen but in this instance so couldn't, so I asked to make sure it was the correct pump. Again, the attendant said nothing. I asked once more if it was reading the correct pump and he BLEW UP. He began yelling at the top of his lungs and when I asked who the his boss was, he said "me i'm the fucking boss!". Worst experience ever. Attendant's name is "AK" according to his name tag. With several other gas stations in the area (including one directly across the street), I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
