Came to get a tablet on a data plan I called ahead and came bc Russell told me he had the one I wanted in stock. Turns out they didn't have it. He said he had a different one that was similar but wouldn't take it out of the box until I committed to purchasing it. I asked if I could return it if I got home and discovered it wasn't going to work for me. He said you have 14 days to return no harm no fowl. I just came to return it and he hit me with a 50 $ restocking fee. I clearly had apprehension about whether or not it was right for me and he didn't seem to care.

I just left store in front royal and worked with Alex she was so extremely knowledgeable of products and software very professional gave privacy to enter passwords helped solve all myproblrms . Great assets to at&t stores

After waiting 15 minutes while Crista the manager wasted her time on the phone with an obvious idiot. I walked out. Plus she had a very bad cold, red nose and sniffing. I did not want to be infected or wait while she made no effort to get off the phone with someone who obviously wasn’t going to buy anything. I knew what I wanted and was going to buy. I went to another store in Winchester

The manager, Alex, is extremely helpful, and she was very patient helping me through an issue with my phone. 10/10 would come back to see her if I have any more issues in the future.
