I just left store in front royal and worked with Alex she was so extremely knowledgeable of products and software very professional gave privacy to enter passwords helped solve all myproblrms . Great assets to at&t stores

After waiting 15 minutes while Crista the manager wasted her time on the phone with an obvious idiot. I walked out. Plus she had a very bad cold, red nose and sniffing. I did not want to be infected or wait while she made no effort to get off the phone with someone who obviously wasn’t going to buy anything. I knew what I wanted and was going to buy. I went to another store in Winchester

The manager, Alex, is extremely helpful, and she was very patient helping me through an issue with my phone. 10/10 would come back to see her if I have any more issues in the future.

Totally takin advantage of and we have paid dearly for it. July 2024 will be the end of our 3 year contract and cannot wait for that time to come. The store manager at the time lied about everything. We came into the store with my fiancée’s parents to do a family plan and was told the 4 lines would only cost $150 a month and of course taxes. Our first 3 bills were ridiculously high. After that they started averaging around $230 a month. We recently got our bill down to $175 a month cause we dropped the insurance coverage on 3 of the phones . Which we was told originally insurance was included in the plan . Come to find out later on down the road they put us on a business plan. We also turned in our phones for a credit that day as well. The manager said with the trade in’s we had we would still get a first months bill, then after that we would have several months of free service. That was TOTALLY NOT TRUE! The credits were applied wrong to each line, meaning my fiancée received my credit toward her phone ,and I received hers to mine. So the way it really turned out is at&t takes whatever credits you do have, and they give them back over 36 months in small amounts. So at the end of the day your stuck for 36 months in order to get your credits back, but your paying more each month for service now., and if you decide to cancel they want to charge a early termination fee. Before going to AT&T we all had boost mobile. Two of the plans cost $45 a month, the other 2 plans were the good plans that were grandfathered in at $35 a month. We switched to AT&T cause at the time boost mobile was apparently supposed to go out out of business but never actually did. This store manager lied to get our business. We told him we wanted to have a phone bill around $160 a month which we was use to paying. So when he said $150 4 lines plus taxes we believed him. So we learned the hard way. My suggestion is always look over the contract, take the time to read the small prints before making the final decision. Also the warranty for the screen protector I was told is a lifetime free replacement ??? Why was I charged $7 on one occasion then $8 on another to have it replaced????

Alex at AT&T front Royal Va has been absolutely exception. Alex is the definition of customer service and has gone above and beyond to help my father, John, when it comes to any issues he may have, whether it be billing, connectivity anything. She is patient and kind, if you are looking for cell phone carrier who has exceptional customer service I would recommend Att front Royal and ask for Alex!

Alexis assisted me with cellphone issues/upgrade options - and she really took the time and provided the attention needed to resolve my issues. She also did a great job of managing the incoming crowds - it is tough operating a storefront like the Apple Store Geeksquad model....I have had my ATT line for 22 years, and it is this level of service, as provided by Alexis, that keeps me as a customerThanks!

Sales rep Russell has a bad attitude was very rude. He has no business in sales. If manger Alex had not stepped in there would have been a fight. Alex was a big to help me. She went above and beyond to service me with my problems.

Went for curbside pickup and witnessed an employee screaming and yelling and getting physical with a customer I was there to just pick up a phone and was not expecting a verbally abusive customer experience and to be honest was laughing at the situation but it was very frustrating to see how they treat their customersI will be going elsewhere and taking my business to a new cell store and changing my service

Insanely unprofessional environmentI along with my family willNot be returning or using att we watched customers get verbally assaulted and scream ed at both customers and the local staff to the point they had to call the cops disgraceful and rude to say the least I will be contacting corporate and canceling my service and reporting this branch
