“I was traveling through Front Royal on a cross-country trip with my dog and had an issue with the stability of the front bumper cover on my van. I stopped in hopes they could secure the bumper to ensure I would make it safely back home to New Mexico. These are THE nicest guys! True personal service and ready to help out a traveler in trouble. I am so grateful for their help and willingness to take care of me right away! They didn't have to make time for an out-of-town traveler, but they did, and Homer made me feel so at ease. Not only that, he's a real dog lover who showered my pup with love and attention. It made me wish I lived in Front Royal so I could take my vehicles to them forever! This is an honest, caring, and dependable business you can trust. They got us safely back on the road again, and I will be forever grateful! Front Royal car owners, you are lucky to have them!! Real dog lovers & honest car guys!! Top rated!!”

“I just wanted to say that the people here are so kind and helpful!! I’m not from this area but when traveling here my airflow sensor got messed up and I needed it replaced. The part I needed wasn’t available today, they said it would need to be shipped in and it would take a few days but I have to leave tomorrow, but I was able to find the part I needed from Autozone and I asked if they would be willing to replace the part if I got it. I believe it was Logan that helped me and he was very kind and said he’d be willing to replace it as long as I got the part. I was able to do that, he replaced the part fairly quickly, and the payment for installation I felt was very reasonable. I really appreciate the people here and I can’t thank them enough for helping me!!”

“I had a tire issue and needed someone to help me get back on the road during my trip. I swung by and they didn't have the tire I needed and the one I brought wouldn't hold air. They let me know how to get to Rural King and where in the store to go to look for the right tire, then showed me what to get. When I came back after procuring the tire, they switched it out for me super fast. They were super busy but still made time for me so I could safely get to my final Destination. I was so incredibly grateful and the owner especially was phenomenal in helping make sure I got taken care of and made sure I was able to drive safely and got me back on the road super quick. Highly recommend their tire/auto service AND their actual customer service. 5 starts all around. Will definitely stop by again if I ever need help when passing through the area!
