“It was a really long 22 hours. It started actually last night as I pulled in at 10 pm and noticed the backseat dome light was on in my DIL car. Turned it off. The next AM. Car was dead. Needed a jump to start. They live on the top of High Knob and this is the car that the car seat can fit in. She missed her appointment because of that, and I said while we are down in Front Royal, let's see what is going on w the battery. Dax hooked it to the battery evaluator and he said it was not strong at all and could fail completely soon. Although they didn't have the battery we needed, he helped in so many ways. We went to Winchester for the appointment, stopped into Costco for a battery, brought it home. The Google video made it seem easy, but I was stuck at the covers that go over the screws that cover the center portion that holds the battery in place. I called back and Noah was very supportive. He walked me through the procedure, even offered taking a look at it afterwards. I finally got it behave, and all the lights and starts up perfectly. Shout out to Dax and Noah.
