Awful!!!! Received an "Official Check" aka Cashier's Check from a client written by Truist. Because of the propensity of fraud, and as instructed by everyone in the financial crime prevention, I called the branch and asked to verify the check. Because I wasn't their customer, they refused to even verify the information on the check. I wasn't asking for any information regarding the client account, just a simple verification! I guess Truist doesn't care about fraud! Shame on them!

I’ve attempted to cash a check made out to my business with my name on it at this establishment twice and have been refused both times. The first was because my valid drivers license was not enough information, the second I brought my businesses paperwork saying I was the owner and they still refused. I will never do business with this bank in my life due to their incompetent policies and tellers.

I realize there is a trend in banking to reduce branch staffing levels to an absolute minimum. The age of "good customer service" has ended. But the customer service at this branch is below what is normal, even by today's standard.

I opened an account today with Truist and Mrs. Diana Rodriguez helped talk me through every step and also gave good advice. Although this is my first experience with this bank I would give the employees 10/10. Thank you for your help and patience.

SLLLOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! Talk about a drag. There's a difference between doing your due diligence and treating clients with respect, and just taking soooooooooooo long to process anything. It's taken me 30min in the drive through with just 5 total cars in front of me between 3 lines. Wow!! Get some help or get some faster workers. It doesn't matter what day of the week, always slow.

I had to stand and wait until the bank manager could see me because the counter staff were unable to take foreign currency and pay it to my account. This rating is in no way against the staff and manager who were extremely courteous and helpful but against the actual institution, when with current technological advancement this process was beyond antiquated. I felt bad at putting them through the lengthy process when other people were waiting to be helped, a process which really should have been completed in a few minutes.

Two tellers in particular are excellent, Nancy and Cindy. Have known them for years. They are the only reason I go to that branch. They have such a high turnover regarding other bank positions. Went in there to ask questions. Kelly was so nasty. When I told her she was the nastiest person I ever encountered there, she laughed and said "thank you." The other two branches are so nice, and it was confirmed that every answer from Kelly was incorrect. So far my complaints about her and that branch have gone on deaf ears, as nothing has been done. I did get an apology today from corporate, but that took two days to get, as my complaint had not been forwarded high enough. I'll ask my questions from now on at the other branches, the questions the tellers can't answer that is. The tellers are great at this branch, but management, not so much.
