So the first 2 pictures are of when I got my hair dyed at other places. They were able to get me blonde. Decided to try this place out and they weren’t able to get my hair as blonde as it was before. As you can see in the last picture it is very brassy and I’m very upset. This is my birthday hair and now I think I’m just gonna box dye. My stylist was Ryan, he was very gentle and the massage while hair washing felt great but I just wanna cry.

Ryan Heskett is AMAZING!!! I was losing hope in finding a stylist who could take me from red to blonde-ish and I came across Ryan with Blake & Co Hair Spa and what a gem they are!!! From the minute I walked in I knew I was in the right place. I can’t say enough about this business or Ryan. His shampoo’s are the BEST! He knows hair and color and don’t get me started on his blowout game!! I’ve already booked him again!!! The salon is absolutely gorgeous, the vibe is spot on!!!! From the upscale anesthetic with cutting edge products and tools to their staff and professionalism…chef’s kiss!! 💋 They are inclusive and the mix of clientele echos the vibe of joy and community, full of charm and glam! Do yourself a huge favor and go check them out!!

Understand my dissatisfaction is with one stylist, Tasha. I showed her a photo of the style I wanted them discussed it with her for several minutes. She then proceeded to butcher my hair. Didn't even come close to the style or length. It's as if she did the exact opposite of everything we discussed. Was she just not listening? It will take at least a year for my hair to grow out enough to be the length I asked for. I wish I was exaggerating. Mattie, the owners sister, was very apologetic. Even offered me free products for my hair. I appreciate her effort but my hair is screwed. Beware of the stylist you get.

Our son’s 8th birthday was coming up and he insisted on having a lighting bolt in his hair for his party. Mattie was the first person I thought of and she definitely succeeded on his birthday wish! He loves it and so did all of his friends. Thanks Mattie!!
