This is the worst chipotle on the planet. They constantly screw up orders. Today their grill was broken so they could not cook the order. To top it off they couldn't give me a refund either! Had to spend 20 mins on the phone with a guy in another country just to get a refund. Horrible customer service.

All workers are very friendly and welcoming. Place is clean in the kitchen and lobby area. Food was fresh and came out fast. Shout out to Tyler for great service with a smile.

I’ve had an okay experience here before, but the last time I walked out before I placed my order. There was a line of people waiting for one poor employee to serve them from a depleted assortment of half empty pans of brown guacamole and clearly old proteins while the kitchen behind the line was in utter disarray…food everywhere, sauce on tables, prep just sitting out while two other employees did nothing in the background. The dining room was mess of napkins, trash, and dirty tables.

Went on a Friday night at 8pm. One woman serving and 2 cooking. Saw 3 young boys standing around while the woman tried to take care of the customers standing in line.Then I found out they ran out of some ingredients.There apparently isn't any management. I have trouble every time I go there. That's the first time I've walked out without food. I won't be back.

I greatly dislike giving a one star rating for service because John was an impeccable employee. At one point he was the only one working and had a line of customers almost to the door.Sad to say but I'm used to seeing at least one fentanyl ferret tweaking while trying to maintain composure enough to get the Togo and drive through orders out.MOD also cook was only spotted for a brief moment here and there and left John to deal with the amassing line of customers and his other co-worker and I say co-worker loosely.Let's talk about the prep area.... Food products all over the place and not in the trays, and speaking of trays let's just say most of them are empty or sitting there for hours. Lobby sit down area was not adequately stocked leaving you to ask the other worker for forks and other essentials.Now keep in mind this was after lunch and before dinner at the slowest time according to Google.John if you read this, your parents did a fine job raising you and you have a great work ethic! You will go far in life just don't let this chipotle ruin you.

I have never in my life written a bad review. The service here is absolute garbage. I waited for my pickup order for almost 45 minutes. Every time I tried to get the employee’s attention, I was ignored. I ordered ONE burrito, no sides, no extras, no drink ONE burrito and it took 45 minutes. After talking to the staff, no refund was offered, nothing to make up the fact I wasted 45 mins waiting for a single burrito. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I paid on the app.

Good food but their drive-thru and pickup system is botched. I submitted an order at 12:15, estimated to be ready at 12:30. Showed up at pickup on time only to wait until 12:55 to get my order. All the while, employees inside are hammering out orders for people who aren't even there yet, and shelving them. Reprioritizarion of orders is probably necessary when there's a line around the block. Certainly won't be ordering online again after this experience.

I just finished reading the review. Everything I read was what I saw next Saturday, right there in the dinner time frame. Nothing was ready, no rice, no beans and no chicken, she had to get the items from the other side. Where is a Manager? Why are there so many dirty trays? My guacamole had brown before I got home, I live 10 minutes way. I have been there 3 times trying to give it a chance, but each time the same thing. MANAGEMENT you need to step UP!!!!!!

I want to start out that it takes A LOT for me to complain.. but we just spent over 45 minutes waiting for the meat, rice & queso for us still end up walking out because it was not happening.. they were rushing to cook the meat. Got it done but still did not have rice or queso. I've eaten here several times with there being both good and bad times but THIS visit was the absolute worse I've ever seen. Whoever owns this Chipotle needs to evaluate their situation. We watched 8 people walk out for the exact reason we ended up leaving after waiting, patiently. Truly sad.

I rarely give low scores. Usually I will just refrain from reviewing bad experiences assuming it was just a bad day but this has been consistent with this store. This store has consistent issues. They always forget the drink and need to be reminded each time. The chips are consistently stale. We often will order queso and they leave it off the order. These are things we pay for and they just dont provide the product. When questioned about it the store just gave us a number to call instead of handling the issue right there.

A disabled veteran served us at the counter today and he was like wonderful. Could not have asked for better service. While we were eating our meal in the dining room, a very rude woman went through the line. His attempts to provide her with excellent service were futile because she was hateful with him immediately and complained at the end for items she never asked for. This was so sad. He was clearly upset by the incident, and rightfully so. The manager did not handle the situation well, not sure if she was poorly trained or simply incompetent.Dietary restrictions: I appreciate having delicious gluten free options
