It takes days to get prescriptions filled and the staff is less than helpful. Tried getting my prescription sent to martins and CVS made it impossible. They dragged their feet.

Didn’t get his name, but the middle-aged, male pharmacist with glasses here is a real jerk! Just take your prescription over to the ladies at the Target CVS across town.

There has literally never been a time where my prescriptions are on time. If I get something called in on a Monday it’s not going to be ready by Thursday unless I call or show up in person and ask about it- then it’s still going to be a 3 hour wait. There have been countless times they “didn’t receive the prescription”, “didn’t have it in stock”, or “computers were down” but all with no notification from them that the medicine is going to be late. You have to do their job for them basically.

I love that you get a text when your prescription is ready. There are times when there is a line, but you need to go in with patients. I understand if the staff seems short at times- I’ve seen way to many rude customers at the counters. I have not had any issues with any of my families scripts. I have a controlled monthly prescription, notify my doctor, she sends it in, then it’s filled. Not sure why anyone has a problem with that process. The staff is doing the best they can- our area is growing fast and there aren’t that many pharmacies here.

Was using them for my medications and always had issues always! And as I seen in another review, there was a few there that was very rude and one pharmacist rolled her eyes in my face and that was the last time I seen that place... I told her like it was and transferred my stuff to another pharmacy... So yeah my town cvs sucks all around .... Now things could change that would be great lol

We moved here a little less than a year ago, so I had to change pharmacies. This CVS has been just fine for us. We both got Covid boosters when we first came and the pharmacy and other staff have always been efficient and nice.

I would never go here again unless there was absolutely no other option. I waited six hours to have two prescriptions filled. Prescriptions that come already packed, just need a label put on them. When you get medication because you are sick and have to wait this long for something so simple, it’s very frustrating.

The Dynamic Duo. At the intersection of S Commerce/Remount Road/South Street in Front Royal are pharmacists "Maggie" and "Sam." Finally a team of professionals who actually care about their patients! I had an issue with a drug. I called the manufacturer of that drug. They spoke with this CVS and its caring pharmacists and voila the problem was solved! Thank you, CVS. Thank you, Maggie and Sam.

The pharmacist, Joe, went above and beyond to get my daughter’s prescription transferred and filled before we left on a trip. Rarely do you get such great service.

Pharmacy is a joke and need to get it together. My kids uncle picked up their sick medicine, wasn’t given both prescriptions, so when I called back to tell them I never got his medicine she pretty much insinuated it wasn’t their problem. So now I have a sick kid with no medication. This not being the first issue or incident.

Pharm techs and especially the pharmacist are Always rude, unfriendly, and make it a big deal when refilling my controlled medication. It’s not my fault you require me to call when I need a refill. Need some hospitality training when you’re dealing with Sick people

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was on hold for 18 minutes as soon as they picked up and I said hello they hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak to the manager to make a complaint about the incident and I was hung up on again. This is not not the only issue I've had here. From the get go this pharmacy and it's staff including the store area have been rude and less than friendly every time I have gone there.I called cooperate immediately after being hung up on to make a complaint and after a 10 minute wait was hung up on for the a 3rd time today.CVS customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I will be cancelling my monthly care pass and finding a new pharmacy.I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PHARMACY OR EVEN CVS TO ANYONE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

EVERYTIME I try to fill my medicine here I am discriminated against because what my medicine is. I go to pick it up it's never ready when I'm at the window but as soon as I leave the parking lot it's suddenly ready.,, and this is done EVERYTIME now they refuse to fill it... you would think a pharmacy would go out of there way for someone trying to do better but instead I'm looked down upon and treated cruelly please don't let them do this to you GENOA IS A GREAT PHARMACY THAT TREATS EVERYONE EQUAL

Should really be able to give this CVS negative stars. Gave my son the complete wrong medicine. What if I wasn't paying attention and gave it to him? What it it was something he was allergic to? When I called, I got yelled at! CVS will not get another penny from me!
