I’m not sure when customer service died, but every time I have to pick up my prescription, I dread it. The staff are consistently rude and unfriendly, making what should be a simple errand feel unpleasant. It’s sad to see that basic human decency seems to be gone. I truly hope the employees take a course on how to treat people, it would make a world of difference.

What a great and efficient staff! I Would not want to go anywhere else because of the personable caring service at this CVS.

Rude employees. Makes me not want to return. I have severe social anxiety so going out is already hard for me- the weird hostility from the people who work there stresses me out even more. Not a fan. Hire better people tbh

My experience at the CVS at 10 Crooked Run Plaza in Front Royal, VA was horrific. At a time when my stress level is over the top and exhausted caring for my terminally ill husband, there was no effort to meet our needs in a timely fashion or with compassion (except by the tech on the register). I am still waiting for a call from the regional pharmacy manager as I requested to explain all that happened. I do now wish anyone else to have the same experience that I did. I worked as a tech at CVS for about 7 years. I nor most of the pharmacists I worked with, have treated a customer as I was.

The new people working the last couple of times of picking up prescriptions are not friendly, rude, and never a thank you! Thinking of switching pharmacies.

This place is an absolute dump. The guys at the front desk act like they're allergic to basic human decency, rude, lazy, and completely useless. Their attitude alone is enough to make me avoid not just this CVS, but Target altogether. It's like they go out of their way to make sure customers feel unwelcome. Total disgrace.

I chose this cvs pharmacy because they are better than all the other cvs pharmacies in this area! The staff, despite being incredibly busy ALL the time are always kind. Customer care and service is always great!

Horrible service! I got there in the afternoon an hour after my prescription was called in. I stood in line for 30 minutes and was told they're working on it, but it'll be another 30-45 minutes. I went back at 1pm the next day and was told they're working on it. I had to wait 15 more minutes. I'm done with the Target CVS!

Like everyone else on this page, I would rate this place as a 0. Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully by a pharmacist! I have been a chronic pain patient for over 10 years, same doctor, same strict pain management plan which includes 4 bilateral nerve blocks a year. The assistant who answered the phone told me that my script was on back order. I explained that my doctor called it in a week earlier. The pharmacist, Wardah Naeem got on the phone and said “you live out of state! I can’t fill anything.” I explained that I’m visiting my sister for the holiday and I’ve had the prescription filled here previously when visiting. My schedule is every 30 days. Very rudely she said “Diane, I have NOTHING for you.” I knew she was lying. So, I called my doctor’s office who confirmed that my script was sent on March 29th. They apologized for the way I was treated and made a call to the pharmacy. It sounded like they were spoken to in the same manner. I eventually received my prescription after being told the vault couldn’t be opened for 45 minutes. I waited. I will be contacting CVS headquarters. I’ve never been told anything about a vault in other CVS pharmacies. I noticed that “first fill” was written on my bag. Inaccurate again. I will never return to this pharmacy, or any other CVS pharmacy. Chronic pain patients are NOT criminals and deserve to be treated with human decency and respect. Ms Wardah, What if you lived with unrelenting chronic pain that couldn’t be fixed? Every day a struggle...Or what if it was your mother? Your child? Would you want a stranger to treat them so terribly? You are in the wrong profession. You took an oath to do no harm, of being just…. I know them all. You didn’t abide by any of them.

Rude! Disrespectful and not customer oriented! I have been going to this pharmacy for years. I will never use them again. I was appalled out how poorly I was treated!

I've been using this pharmacy for many years but no more. I had my husband pick up a prescription for me and he was given 2 that I no longer use. I had called twice in 2 months to let them know to cancel this script and also told them in person. I was told it would be taken out of the system. Unknown to my husband they were given to him. I called CVS immediately and was told they wouldn't take it back. It was still stapled shut and was only 1/2 hr after he picked it up. We are out $75 and can't do anything about it. I will never go back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in a pharmacy, the pharmacist that was working today Amelie was rude and disrespectful. They took hours of my time and had me go to the back of the line when they finally filled my prescription…what a farce.Awful customer service and terrible bedside manner. RUDE
