They have a new system to notify patients its and it's broken. I went to pick up prescription after receiving text they received it and arrived to find out I have to come physically to pharmacy before they will fill it. 35 minutes to get it. Now late to an appt. Pain in you know where.

Most unprofessional disrespectful downright childish Pharmacy I have ever worked with. I have filled my prescriptions at hundreds of pharmacies in my lifetime. These people can’t figure out anything or take accountability for their inability to do so. Enough.
Pharmacist literally hung up on me several times, mid sentence, when I was making basic requests to get my medication filled, needing to discuss the nature of why they were not being filled. There are plenty of CVS’s around the country that people aren’t happy with. I have dealt with many of them. This one takes the cake. Bunch of lazy people with no worth ethic that can’t figure out how to communicate or do their jobs properly, forget efficiently.
Usually when companies receive negative reviews on here, they reply and try to explain and apologize. CVS does not bother. They are allowing this to go on. They do not care. I’m done giving CVS my business and encourage you to do the same!

tried to get in touch with ANYBODY working and the system they have when calling is terrible. Gives you NO option to speak to somebody so I entered all my information and they said they couldn’t find me in the system. no wonder why it’s a 1.8 rating for CVS.

They lost my photo order even though I got a text that said it was ready. There were two other people in line who also had photos they couldn’t find. I would not recommend using this store for photos. They resubmitted the order and while I was still by the register, I saw them print out. They continued taking customers while I stood there waiting for my photos for the second time. They need a better system to process their photo orders, more staff, or both. This was a very negative experience.

It does not matter what CVS you go to, I have encountered issues at all of them. However, this is the worst one! Getting percriptions for my son and myself have been a complete nightmare. My perscription is send over, they tell me come back two or three times for whatever reason and it's still not ready.

I waited two days for prescriptions that the machine call said would be ready and they still didn't have them done. If anyone needs medical for serious problems do not go here.

If you have issues with difficult scripts Joe is the pharmacist to speak to. The staff in the pharmacy has always been very helpful, friendly and kind. I drive a long way to this CVS pharmacy for this exemplary service.

Worse pharmacy ever. I only used them because our regular pharmacy is closed on Sunday and the hospital called in meds to CVS. Been waiting 5 hours and still not ready! If I could give negative stars I would.

Shut the gate in my face 10 minutes before closing while I had a screaming 18 month old with an ear infection. I ended up driving back to Winchester to go the CVS on Amherst.
